Additional pickup charges without any…

Additional pickup charges without any proof.

We regularly do pickups in Germany always the same pallet size and we correctly provide it to Quicargo. Imagine the shock when the carrier says "no the pallet's are bigger" and then refuses pickup while charging full price!!

Yet the pallets are exactly as specified. There has been no change.

Thanks for sharing your experience with using Quicargo, even though some problems appeared.

While we were trying to solve this matter and gain proof to check who was right in this matter you suddenly cancelled the order without any elaboration on this. Therefore it was of course impossible to check and measure the goods for further proof.

Because of this we were unable to provide you with any feedback, despite the solutions we tried to offer, which we regret.

Niet opdagen en dan extra kosten aanrekenen vanwege “niet aanwezig” lijkt me geen correcte manier van zaken doen.

Despite their efforts to contact the designated individual, they were unable to establish communication, resulting in the imposition of additional charges.

Waardeloos bedrijf

Waardeloos bedrijf. Afspraak gemaakt om 5 pallets te laten ophalen, extra €30 betaald voor het ophalen tussen 15:00 en 17:00. Sinds 14:00 alles klaar gezet en zit sinds 15:00 te wachten, het is nu 17:00 en niemand is komen opdagen. Dit bedrijf is niet bereikbaar via telefoon en op de mail reageren ze niet. 3 uur verspilt en een hoop benzine

Hoi Merlijn,

Bedankt voor je feedback, zoals destijds besproken was de vervoerder vertraagd wat helaas niet tijdig genoeg bekend was om deze informatie dezelfde dag nog te delen.

Om soelaas te bieden hebben wij destijds, later, met elkaar een nieuw laadmoment mét tijdsvenster afgesproken zonder dat hiervoor extra kosten in rekening zijn gebracht en de eerdere extra kosten zijn geschrapt. Dit wordt helaas niet genoemd gezien de timing van je review, wat ons betreurd.

not reliable

I have asked (on a Sunday) specifively (and paid 30 euro extra) to pick up at tuesday (Monday was not possible) to deliver Wednesday (before 13:00).

I just got a message from my client that they still did not get the product.

Maybe this works for many products and customers, but not for me... 2 days delay is unacceptable ... specially without notice...

Beste Olaf,

Zoals destijds aangegeven waren de extra kosten van toepassing voor het op kunnen geven van een tijdsvenster bij levering, en niet voor het op kunnen geven voor een vaste afleverdatum in dit geval. De woensdag als leverdag was aangegeven binnen een reeks van leverdagen ná laaddatum.

Zojuist een e-mail ontvangen dat de Rechtbank Amsterdam het faillissement uitgesproken heeft van QC United B.V. (Quicargo)

10 dagen geleden ontvingen wij nog verschillende aanvragen van dit bedrijf. Géén nette gang van zaken!

overall good experience

Great customer service. Not depending on them, but to be improved was the forecasted delivery time. The cargo was supposed to arrive on Monday while it arrived on Friday before. Otherwise good service.
