We had a beautiful wooden garage built…
We had a beautiful wooden garage built by Quick-garden's 6 years ago & we were over the moon with the build quality & service. The team who built it were amazing, from the quality of the build, the speed it was built & being so respectful of our home.
Fast forward 6 years & we had a small leak in the roof. It wasn’t a major problem but was becoming a concern. We had the upgraded metal roof & couldn’t see where the leak was coming from.
I phoned quick-gardens & spoke to a very helpful gentleman called Simas & asked about the guarantee. He looked into it for me & within a few weeks sent 2 men of the original team & they fixed it there & then !
Now thats excellent customer service/aftercare for you !

Quick-Garden cabin - very impressive
Quick-Garden were very easy and professional to deal with. We made a few slight changes to the design which were easily accommodated. The cabin was erected by their nominated supplier who were excellent. The quality of construction is very impressive and thoroughly recommended.

Very Poor Aftersales
Overall, my experience is as follows…
Sales good
Delivery went well
Good builders
However...after sales appalling. Issues happen but the level of contact unacceptable and it's taken 9 months to get problems sorted.
- Only 1 Motor shipped for x2 garage doors.
- Garage door installation delayed due to missing components.
- Garage doors not closing fully when fitted.
- Faulty access door supplied.
- Advised by after sales I would have to silicone under foundation boards MYSELF to seal building.
- Water ingress through access door and rear window,
- Management unwilling to speak to customer!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re pleased to hear that the sales process, delivery, and installation team met your expectations, and we’re sorry that the aftersales experience has been frustrating.
Following multiple checks and escalation to our Quality Assurance team, the assessments identified that several of the reported issues were related to site conditions rather than product faults. Specifically, the base was found to be uneven, which affected gates alignment and operation.
Water ingress concerns were also reviewed in detail. It was confirmed that blocked guttering contributed to water entering around the window, and that rainwater was running directly onto the doors due to the surrounding roof configuration, including an adjacent roof positioned above the structure without guttering.
Despite these findings being outside product warranty scope, our installation team attended again to realign and adjust the gates as a goodwill measure. The conclusions were documented in a Quality Assurance report and communicated during follow-up discussions.
We regret the frustration this situation caused. As the matter has now been fully reviewed and addressed through our internal processes, no further assessments will be carried out in relation to this case. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to use it to improve our service.

Brilliant Garden Office in sustainable materials
The product in my view was excellent, a fantastic Garden Office in quality materials. Everything was supplied to put together a double wall insulated Garden Office, with Double Glazing.
I went for the metal corrugated roof which not only looks good, but have had no problems over the last 5 years during heavy rainfall.
Help was available via telephone when needed for some minor details on fitting together the pieces.
It is used all year round and even my son comes over to work in it when he needs some quiet time.

We are very happy with our log cabin. We've had it up 2 years and it's worked exactly as we wanted, functioning as office space away from young children. The team at Quick Garden were very helpful while we constructed it. I would recommend them.

Garden office pod premium L
I purchased the smallest of the Garden Office Pod PREMIUM L, due to having limited space in my garden, which looks fantastic in the images on the website. I particularly liked the contemporary design and the overall look. My build looks every bit as good as the website image. The quality of the materials provided was excellent and I am thrilled with my purchase. However, I feel that it should be made clear that construction should be done by a professional or an extremely competent DIYer, as the whole thing comes in loose timber, (a huge delivery - you will need plenty of space) with what I consider to be less than clear instructions on assembly. There is a significant amount of work required to get it built in the way it is intended. This coupled with having timber left over, made it a little confusing at times. We did speak to an adviser on a couple of occasions to clarify some construction questions, who was extremely helpful and we managed to work our way through our issues. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality of the build and would recommend the product.

New 6m x 6m garage/workshop
The quality of my new 6m x 6m garage/workshop is very good indeed. Quick-Garden recommended Cabin Installations Ltd of Bedford to erect and they did an excellent and speedy job. The communication between us has been very good. The product is exactly as described on their very good website. All in all I am very satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Excellent service from start to finish
I bought a log cabin from Quick Gardens two years ago and recently misplaced the storm brace bolts. I reached out to Gabrielė, and she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Despite having very little information, she quickly located my order and sent me replacement bolts free of charge, with no hesitation. Fantastic service from start to finish – I couldn’t recommend Quick Gardens more!

Very good service with an impressive…
Very good service with an impressive logistic of delivery. My cabin came as one single package all wrapped and delivered by a single man in less than 30 minutes. In 4 days I had a full built massive modern cabin in my garden. Couldn’t ask red for more.
