Please do not use this company we have paid 10s of thousands of pounds to this company and have been left with a mess and repairs that they will not do. We have contacted them at least 20 times and had about 4 responses with excuses and asked for photos which we have provided at least 5 times. We have been informed staff have lost their job due to conflict of interest and we have been subject to being massively effected by this. Our roof and doors are not fitted properly the locks dont work and bits of wood are now hanging off our summer house. Keith Attoway was supplying fitters to fit these summer houses and not doing it properly and charging huge amounts stating will be extra piece of mind for us. We have been waiting over a year (aug 2025) now on repairs and getting no response from Sean the new manager of the company. I have held of writing this review but want to make people aware they should go else where and not to trust them.

I originally left a review several years ago, but it was recently removed after the company reported it as containing personal information. As far as I could tell, the only personal information mentioned was the name of the company director.

So I will keep this version short.

Do not use this company!

We paid a significant amount of money for them to supply and install a garden building. There were a number of problems with the building and installation, and although the company returned several times to try to rectify the issues they didnt seem to have a clue on how to rectify it.

In the end, I raised it with my credit card provider, they sent another company round to inspect it who said it was more economical to pull it down and start again with a new building as the material were some of the worst it had seen. Think that says everything you need to know!

DO NOT PAY UPFRONT: Be careful: between ABC garden Ltd and DTS installation.
After paying all the monies to both, I am still after more than 4 weeks left with no gutter installation ( paid in for both including installation). Dan from DTS installation initially implied that it was ABC ltd who didn’t make them aware but afterwards said doesn’t have people in the area doing the job and later another shipment has to come etc. Hence you can see. Not willing to return my monies paid for gutters for the cabin. I will have to get them myself and pay someone else to install.
Very poor. And don’t bother texting or ringing them as they will not respond if work still left.

I am in the process of moving house and want a garden room in my new property so not even ordered it yet, but just wanted to say how helpful and informative Shaun is to help me decide my best options. So far so good a friendly yet professional company to deal with . I shall write another review when I finally have the project completed but very satisfied with my communications so far !

I cannot recommend Craig and his installation team highly enough. From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to the highest possible standard.

Their professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail have been exceptional throughout the entire project. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always willing to offer advice, answer questions, and find solutions whenever challenges arose.

We have had our garden room delivered and have been really impressed with the whole experience.

Sean was incredibly helpful and took time to talk us through the different options.

We initially had a concern on delivery that one of the timber parts was missing but Sean explained the was spares and our carpenter simply needed to cut down. So there was no issue at all.

Great support and a great looking room. Thank you.

Having paid in full some 11 days ago by bank transfer I have not received confirmation of receipt and arrange delivery. Have now made 3 separate calls to get some answers but each time only get through to an answering service who say will pass my messages on but no one replied.
Has anyone else had this experience with them.

The delivery was quick and everything went smoothly. The room looks lovely and we’re already using it loads.

Shaun was brilliant, he handled the whole thing and kept us updated the entire time. Made it all really easy and stress-free.
Would definitely recommend them!

Unfortunately our experience with Gardenhouse24 has not been great, initial supply they sent wrong parts, then the build team kept not turning up. Once it was built we absolutely loved it, but have had issue with the plastic guide runners for the sliding glass doors breaking.
I have called and called, sent numerous emails, had several promises, none of being kept, this has been going since 5th February and should have been a simple fix. Now I am just being ignored completely in the hope the issue just goes away. Which I am now in the process of taking further action via Consumer Rights Act 2015. Spending £15k on a summerhouse to be treated like this is completely unacceptable and would in future look to use other suppliers.

Would like to thank Shaun for his customer service and his knowledge in assisting our order with Gardenhouse24, unfortunately due to someone leaving the company and Shaun taking over our order,he has been first class in taking our order forward and we are now looking forward to our delivery and installation knowing Shaun is just a phone call away, thanks from Whitby Wildlife Sanctuary

I’ve been trying to source a couple of garden rooms for a school to use as therapy spaces, and to be honest, the experience with other companies was frustrating — calls not returned and very little genuine interest in helping.

Working with Sean at Gardenhouse24 has been such a breath of fresh air. From the very start, he’s been proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right solution. He guided us through choosing the most suitable products, supported us through the ordering process, and even assisted with the requirements of dealing with the school authority.

It’s rare to come across this level of service and attention to detail. I’m really looking forward to taking delivery and seeing the finished result.

I ordered a garden office from Gardenhouse24 with a rough idea of what I wanted. After chatting with the team about my needs, they helped me choose the right building and even made a few tweaks to suit my specific needs.
From the very first phone call they were great and took care of everything not just the order, but also delivery and installation. They even helped me out last minute with a base after my builder let me down. Due to restricted access, the lads turned up to meet the delivery and took all the stress out of it. A couple of days later I had a solid base with a front deck ready for summer and a brilliant garden office that I can use for work and also for having friends and family round.

Really impressed with the quality, the price, and especially the team from start to finish. Everything was straightforward and simple all I had to do was make the odd brew for the lads!

This company is excellent. They are efficient, and the 2 men (Matt and Jordan) who put it all together were fantastic. They were polite, efficient, helpful and so easy to have around. The structure is solid, well-made and it looks great. I would definitely recommend them.

Irving was great to deal with and the shed was erected in good time to a high standard. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is there was a slight lag between the delivery and construction meaning the materials had to be in the road for a week. Apart from that the service and quality has been exemplary.

When i made a enguiry over the phone i spoke to Keith, who was very helpful, and could answer any questions i had. The purchase was very easy and straight forward. The log cabin was delivered within the lead time on the website. We had this built and the guys who built it were really good. Overall this has been a great service from start to finish and i would highly reccomend this company.
