It is impossible for return of items!

It is impossible for return of items!! Trying to create return label as you need to do this for your return. Putting my order number and email address on return portal and it says that order not found. When you try to contact them didn’t get any response. I’ll end up selling this item on Vinted for half of the price! Absolutely rubbish return process very disappointing!!

Great value and quality

Product was well priced and excellent quality. The website was easy to use and the perk of free delivery when joining the Quiksilver membership scheme is a big bonus. Highly recommended company and product.

Simple shopping experience

The website is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. There are lots of products to choose from. the quality is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Fast delivery

Avoid.

Failed delivery and non-existent Quicksilver customer service despite multiple attempts to contact them. Absolutely rubbish. Don’t buy directly from them; I won’t make the same mistake again and will not be buying the brand again.
