Bought a birthday gift for a dear friend. The choices at Q&Q are brilliant, a little different and a lot of fun to pick. Ordered a Bertazzoni range cooker from this company who were helpful prior to arrival. On going to install we found it's missing a part and contacted customer services for support. Two weeks and two emails later they haven't responded. A shame as they gave a good first impression, but now there is a problem we're being ignored.

Purchased cute wooden bag clips and pastel silicone milk bottle tops, which arrived within 3 working days. Everything is of great quality and came in plastic-free packaging, which is great.

Unfortunately, I still haven't received my order after several weeks! I emailed Quince & Cook over a week ago but have had no reply so far. It's a real shame because I love their products and have ordered from them before.
