Give this site a miss , use any excuse not to pay out winnings, even me doing this review.
Give this site a miss, be warned when I say this is a scam site with false data about big winnners and customer service is shocking .
Then to top it off they don’t pay out - pass this on to anyone who likes casinos .
They will come back and say I couldn’t verify my account with a passport or driving licence, however I
have it in writing that the birth certificate , copy of old passport , copy of old driving licence , copy of government issued letter and copies of my bank card front and back was sufficient and I had to wait for the £75 I had deposited to be refunded first ,which I never got . Also I not only have all conversations copied they now don’t even answer my emails or correspondence through their so called customer service.
Take a look online others have had the same issue , the amount I won was £2600 ish and straight away they block the account when I went to withdraw it.
Again I have everything to back this up , can’t understand how they can treat people this way .
When I explained I was disabled due to a car crash they did not give a toss either
Today they excepted my documents to verify the account, but now I have received the below text sent to me on email just now , again looking at other reviews quite a few state non payment of winnings and delay tactics looking for anything they can to rip the customer off. Like I said below paragraph just received after finally getting myself verified. What a nighmare this is especially when other casinos , betting sites pay out within minutes.This company will now use me using trustpilot as an excuse not to pay my winnings -watch this space.

Now day 7 and they are not answering emails again.you need to go to their Facebook page to see how many people haven’t been paid . The positive reviews on here seem to have very Cypriot type names too

I'm a new customer, so far the site has been easy to access and navigate.
I did get free spins but when tried to play it wasn't available in UK. However if you contact the online chat they are very prompt and helpful. Swapping the game and proving the free spins
