SNAP-O-RAMA! Fragile product you can't trust.

And none, zero, crickets response from the company.

I have purchased two Garmin to Cycliq mounts from this company and both have broken on the first ride. I have tried to contact the company and get no response. If you value your Fly 6 Pro, don't use a Raceware Direct Garmin Adapter.

My second item from Raceware - a Wahoo computer/Gopro mount - arrived today, sooner than expected (and is now fitted on my bike). Their stuff isn't cheap - that's the price of wanting specialised items, I guess - but it is great quality. Fits well, does exactly what I need it to, very happy.

I didnt receive the product and they didnt want to force the parcelservice to force them to search after it.

They told me that I have to ask at Deutsche Post. But Deutsche Post said that only they can make them to search after it. Nrever heaerd from raceware again. They dont answer me anymore.
So, first time that I didnt receive something from an onlineshop, but this definitely bad.

The print quality looks good, but
I ordered a Giant OEM Adapter for my Karroo 2, the order process was smooth and the product didn't take too long to arrive. But now comes the "but", Giant has changed the rotation of its inserts inside of the mount. So the Karroo is now installed rotated by 180° / Upside down. After providing, images, links and descriptions of why the mount is not fitting and some back and forth i got ghosted. No replies, nothing.

Sending back is no option, as i paid more in tax/delivery than the product is worth.

I'm not asking for money back, but i wanted other shoppers to be aware ... but doesn't look like racewaredirect is interested in solving that issue for others.

I have used this Garmin mounts for years on orad and mountain bikes. The do exactly what you need, funky colours and always great service from Martyn.
Once made a mistake on ordering the wrong size mount. Martyn knew that what I had ordered wasn't the common size so messaged me to double check, thank goodness he did.

The owner needs to show the same consideration he shows to cyclists to pedestrians. Received abuse for having the temerity to be on the single track road where I live. Read the Highway Code.

I knew I wanted to run bike lights during day light to be better seen and then researched how best to integrate these onto my bicycles. I found Race Wear Direct through social media and quickly established that the 3D printed brackets was just what I was looking for in terms of simplicity, robustness and innovation (as the rear bracket houses an Apple AirTag). After liaising with Martyn and placing the order, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the items within the week. Installation was easy with all components required supplied (screws to fix the bracket into the saddle mounting threads).

I can’t thank Martyn enough and the products have been installed on both my bikes, but run in anger all through winter with no issues whatsoever on the gravel bike. I’m looking forward to getting out on the summer bike and am confident the reliability of these products will continue to last indefinitely!

I have Garmin and/or light mounts from Raceware on 5+ of my bikes and cannot fault them. Martyn has even developed custom mounts for applications such as my TT extensions. Great service.

Product is light, looks good, adjusted perfectly to the bike (was a very specific, unusual mount for Scott bikes) and Garmin fits well. Delivered on time as promised.

Fork Crown - GoPro / Light Mount - Low Level - £28.94 including P&P.
When the mount arrived I was surprised how ugly and brutal it looked, as if it was produced on an entry level Aldi/Lidl 3D printer. This item is definitely not for a high end road bike but OK for an MTB. The front fork crown mount is supposed to accept an M6/6mm bolt (that's the cycling industry standard) but the RaceWare mount would only accept a M5/5mm bolt. I contacted RaceWare and spoke to Martyn Harris who was unaware of the industry standard (M6) and tried to convince me that M5 was OK. Two hours later I received a return call from Harris who by this time had checked his own CAD drawing and informed me that the mount should accept a M6 bolt. As the mount was "not fit for purpose" I returned it to RaceWare and received my "replacement" a few days later. You would expect a newly printed mount to correct sizes but in my case all RaceWare did was ream the 5mm hole to 6mm. Since fitting the mount I have noticed that if putting a camera into a waterproof case then the camera cannot be put into a vertical position. This is a MAJOR design fault. At no point in my exchanges with Martyn Harris would he accept their was a problem with the bracket. I feel cheated by RaceWare and that I now have an overpriced, factory second mount. Of course I could return it for a refund but it does meet my needs, just.

Needed a wahoo mount for the new wahoo bolt on my trek slash which connected to the frame for a nice install and after a bit of back and forth they sorted one out for me, assured it would fit and now I’ve got a pretty trick mount which fits good, looks good and makes the dream build fit to its name, can’t complain, any issues where at the company’s expense when it came to prototyping one that fitted and Martyn helped out with any questions

I enquire about a product that wasn't quite right for my wheel, and they offered to make one to fit. Quality product, perfect finish and fit. I have also bought a rear light mount. could not fault the quality or the lead time on a new product. highly recommended.

Started off ok but then took ages for item to be made! On a 3D printer - then it was eventually posted and not received item yet! Very poor communication and actually found the item much cheaper elsewhere.

Mount Failed. I spoke to martin whol told me that 0.2% of the 4000 mounts he has sold have failed. Usually due to potholes.

He is refusing to pay for damage to the garmin due to a disclaimer in the T&Cs about ise of a leash, but this is not reinforced witbh any instructions (there are none) with the product.

I would say this is a nice idea but actually a poorly designed product not suitable for roads in the UK (Martin said failure was usually due to pot holes or cattle grids) with a high potential for expensive consequential losses. I would avoid.

I have been told I will get a refund for the actual mount.

The 3d printed adapters arrived ok, but the dimensions are too small so the lights are a loose fit and gopro mount is so loose it cannot be tightened. They do not do customer service as emails are unanswered. My first purchase is the last
