Not refunded full amount paid for cancelled order!!
Ordered a specific cap from this site as it was displayed as in stock. Received an email saying it was no longer in stock and offered an alternative or refund, opted for refund however they have not refunded the full amount back! Shocking service.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience.
It's frustrating to receive an email stating that the item you ordered is no longer in stock, especially if you had specifically chosen that item because it was displayed as in stock.
We apologize!
Regarding the refund: we refunded the total amount we received from you. It is not uncommon for currency exchange rates to fluctuate (euro to pounds), and this can sometimes result in discrepancies in the amount refunded.
Le service était rapide et convivial

Balaclava Sparco
