Well strung racket
A decent service but just needs to keep gromets in stock or allow me to purchase them so my requested string pattern could be fulfilled. That said, the owner communicates well and pleasantly, strung the racket to exactly the requested tension and delivers promptly so I will use them again.

I had some extra requirements
I had some extra requirements, because of complications arising from the fact that I live somewhere remote without easy access to delivery services, which they dealt with very promptly and without any fuss. So they (a) turned my racquet round very quickly and (b) made my life easy. What more could you want?

Outstanding all round service
I have used Racketstation about 6 times now and they never fail to deliver. All rackets and items are exactly as described and they are always delivered very quickly. Robert the owner is a top bloke too as he consistently checks balance and static weights for me and goes that extra mile when i make bulk purchases to ensure i receive items next day. I would definitely recommend for sure.
