I cannot rate this company high enough from start to finish. What i thought would be a stressful experience was turned into anything but. Claire gave ideas and suggestions for the property and Matt and Tom were faultless throughout the installation. Their workmanship is flawless and the attention to detail was superb. They are a true credit to the team. They left each area without being able to tell they had even been there. I was kept informed throughout and will not hesitate to contact them again for further work.

The communication was first class - quick, accurate and a good price. The workmanship by the fitters was superb. Here on time, work completed quickly and thoroughly, all mess cleaned up. Very impressive all round.

We wanted to work with a family run business in the area to help replace all our windows and doors, and feel like we struck gold when we found these guys! Claire was absolutely lovely and checked in regularly with us throughout the process. Tom and Matt were incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient with our indecisiveness (sorry! Haha). Claire brought a trusted builder in to make our kitchen window double the size too, which we absolutely love! We previously had a bad experience with a builder, but Claire told me she works closely with this one, and I’m glad I trusted her! Work was done in a timely manner, the team were respectful of my house and tidied as they went, and official documentation was sent straight away. Claire & Richard both swung by after completion to see the work that had been done, which was a nice touch! Thank you so much for being a part of our renovation journey, friends and family have told us how much they love the new windows and doors, you really made our vision come alive!

Had a secondary glazed unit fitted the quality is excellent.
From start to finish the service was amazing Clair kept us updated throughout.The fitter was courteous and efficient leaving no mess behind.
The end result did exactly what Richard said it would do when he came to survey it. So pleased with the Service I would definitely recommend and use radiance again.

After lots of internet searching and talking to friends and neighbours, I decided to get three local quotes and one national company quote for a full house window and door replacement.
After being let down by one local company I came across Radiance Windows and Doors in Bury.
I contacted Claire and from the first conversation I knew this was the right company for us. It was like talking to an old friend, no pushy sales pitches or confusing jargon.

The price quoted was competitive, not the cheapest we’d received but as Radiance are accredited by FENSA I felt confident that they would do a thorough job and supply the best products.
Claire discussed our plans and made suggestions of design ideas and refreshingly, not just ones that would cost more!
We received the quote just before Christmas and despite this busy time, Claire made us feel really valued and arranged a site visit asap following the holidays.
Claire kept in touch throughout the site visit and even came back herself when we decided on some last minute extras.
Nothing was too much trouble.

When the fitting date came, Claire contacted us prior to confirm times and plans. On the day as promised Tom and Matt arrived on time, smart, polite and totally respectful of our home. We have two house cats and a dog and they took great care to not leave open doors (or windows). The dog got a head scratch or two too!

All the flooring was carefully covered with protective plastic and furniture with sheets.
Tom and Matt worked tirelessly and kept disruption to an absolute minimum, only stopping for a quick bite to eat and a gulp of coffee.
At the end of each of the three days, I was taken around the house and each part of the installation was explained and we were shown how to work the mechanisms. But for the new windows, you’d not know any work had been carried out as Tom and Matt ensured all was left clean and tidy, even replacing moved furniture and children’s toys.

Claire phoned on the first day to answer any questions and ensure we were happy with the work so far. A nice unexpected touch.

On completion, Claire contacted us again to do a final check that we were happy and go through the certification information. We also had an issue with an existing door and Claire recommended a local trade that fixed the issue with little fuss.

The full house was completed in three days with the upmost professionalism and care. We would highly recommend Radiance windows and doors and will be singing their praises to all who ask. Contact them and you’ll not be disappointed!!

This is a great family business with a personal touch that gives you complete confidence in their experience and professionalism. We had our doors and windows replaced and from first contact to end of installation we were impressed by the attention to detail and exceptional service. Claire and Richard were spot on with design and quality and delivered everything we wanted and advised us on things we didn't even know to ask. Nothing was too much trouble. Emma sent us revisions to make sure we were completely comfortable with our choices before the installation. Tom and Matt are perfectionists when it comes to installation and their attention to detail and quality of work fitting the windows and doors was amazing. They take such pride in what they do and every day left our home spotless. We are delighted with the difference its made to our home and would fully recommend Radiance Doors.

I have had my beautiful new front door fitted this week and the whole experience from start to finish has been fantastic. The customer service from Claire has been second to none, really friendly and knowledgeable, after the initial visit Claire mocked up pics of my house with the various doors I had shortlisted so I could make an informed choice. She was also really accommodating when I kept changing my mind! The fitters were super professional and efficient, Matt even had a look at the back door of my house that was stuck and sorted it while they were there. The actual door is beautiful, I had loads of designs and colours to choose from, and I believe was really good value for the excellent quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Radiance doors if you are looking for a reliable, local company to supply and fit a beautiful front door.

We had our new bi-fold patio doors installed by Radiance. From the initial query and quote through to the install Claire and Richard where excellent. We had an issue with our gaskets not being quite right and Radiance got on to the manufacturer who where out the next day to put it right! Excellent service from start to finish!

Had the team at Radiance Doors back to do our windows this time. The whole team from the first meeting to the lads leaving were excellent. Look after our house as if it was their own an cleared up each night so we didn't have to worry about a toddler finding anything. Just brilliant.

From my very first contact with Claire at the Radiance Doors showroom in Bury, the friendliness and genuine customer care were truly outstanding. After earlier installing secondary glazing in a bathroom, Radiance installed a much larger secondary glazed window to a 115 year old timber casement. The aim was to reduce the scale of condensation. Install was in May, now in November we have direct experience of how effective the install has been. Now, what would have previously been heavy condensation is not much more than a mist - if it occurs at all, with temperature differences of up to 8C between either side of the installed secondary. (We know this because of an even larger window in another room, still single glazed, which experiences condensation.) In our view, a real success, installed with care and not a spot of mess by a very decent company. We would be more than happy to return to Radiance.

This company isn't the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive but what they are makes buying from them the most sensible choice you could make. We dealt with Claire & Richard who co-own the company and Tom and Matt who fitted the front door and surrounds. They are all exceptional on what they deliver, courteous, respectful, willing to go the extra mile and consumately professional. A pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to either use them again or recommend them to others. I am more than happy to verify the authenticity of this review if required

I used the services of "Radiance Doors and Windows" to replace all my house windows and my front door. The professionalism of the company was first rate from the initial phone call to the installations. The options for styles and fittings were set out clearly at the start of the process and I felt confident that I had made the right choices, guided by Richard's expertise. The administration and communication by Claire and the team in the office was always clear and thorough. The installers, Tom and Matt, were both highly experienced and worked extremely diligently on each job, removing any debris at the end of each day and tidying up before they left. Should I require Radiance's services in the future, I would not hesitate in contacting them.

I have recently had a new front door from Radiance and I can't fault the product or their customer service. From the start, the company offered a personal service that was refreshing to find - they even managed to source my one of a kind Queen Victoria door knocker! The fitters worked hard and were really lovely lads and we are absolutely thrilled with our new door which is a bespoke design that really stands out. Can't recommend them highly enough.
