Petsafe Superstore Opiniões

Easy to order. Prompt delivery.

We have been dealing with PetSafe for four years as they provided the Smart Door. Our dogs are constantly using the door so wear and tear is high, every time we need assistance with a new door PetSafe have been able to provide us a new one within a week. The product is great, unfortunately our dogs are a little rough and this is not a reflection on the product quality, which is high quality.
This door makes such a difference for the freedom of our dogs and gives us great peace of mind knowing they can come and go as they need without intervention by their humans.

This is truly one of the greatest customer experiences ever, I cannot recommend PetSafe more highly.

Product was delivered in 2 day and works great

Easy and quick to set up and have had no issues

Very prompt delivery

Bought this product on a recommendation to address a concern. However haven’t found the product to have any effect. Tried on a second friendly dog to test, but that dog had no reaction to the product unfortunately

overnight delivery

This is my 2nd purchase- first lasted so long. I never had a problem. Very helpful to deal with. I am a happy customer

Super fast delivery

Excellent product insitu now for almost a year with no breaches. Setting at its mildest and dogs never approach the perimeter. Perfect solution for our garden that has a hedge around the boundary. The radio fence wire is in the hedge and the dogs do not approach.

Ordered replacement batteries. Great product and price. Easy to order and arrived quickly.

Had ordered the wrong item and it was sorted really fast with ease and expertise would recommend highly

All good service

Great product and came with good instructions. Easy to setup and test. Very happy with the purchase.

It's made such a difference to my dogs life she has freedom to move about the garden and we don't have to worry about her out on street/road it's a must have if your dog is inclined to leave your property.

We always source our batteries from Petsafe Superstore. A home grown company, fantastic prices and I’m able to buy in bulk, much better value for money than independent retailers. Fast dispatch, no fuss, no problems.
