Hello, my rad city 5 plus was delivered on 20-09-2023 without a battery. I immediately reported this to your european customer service but still get no response after 6 days of waiting. I also contacted the shipping company with this notification, they say I should contact you guys. I have no support ticket yet all I can provide is an order number 20-85078. Your european customer service in unreachable and worthless. My trust in rad power bikes is seriously damaged and I feel very let down as a customer. Hopefully you guys will still come up with a response and solution. Best regards,Robbie
The Original RadRhino was a great bike…
The Original RadRhino was a great bike (750motor with full throttle) I highly recommend buying one. I just bought the new RadRhino6plus which is only a 250 motor and non-working throttle version of the original. Still comfortable and adequate. I miss the old version.

Today 22 September 2023
I order the bike 1-09-202, I got it in the house at
16 -09-2023. I use it direct and love the bike already.
The front light did not work! From the start ..only the back light.
Today 21-09-2023 I was biking to the city and I was in speed 3 and the bike turn off automatically the battery is in fully charged. The problem now it that the bike did not turn on since it's stopped working.
I throw away the box of the bike I also contact the store in Utrecht Netherlands but nobody picks up the phone. What I can do now? because I check all the cables like what say on the website, I try everything. I was busy for 1 hour al the steps from the website. I'll have a warranty on the bike I will try tomorrow the company to ask for help.
But what I can do know. ? Because I only use the bike now since last Friday. I'm not happy with this that it gives me already so many problems in a week time.
If I do not get the help to repair the bike, I want to return the bike.

Bought a new and already assembled RadRhino 6 Plus at the garage sale in Utrecht. Very competitive price. Worth the wait in line! Got free t-shirt and anti flat inserts for tires.
Pity Rad Power Bikes is leaving Europe by end of 2023.
I really hope this will not effect service options.
Excelent City Bike
Bought the Rad Power 5 for my wife. She is quite impressed and found the bike comfortable and easy to use in town.
Buying experience was excellent and assembling the bike was also fine. Only the gear shifter is quite stiff and difficult to manage for a female hand. Still have to look at that.

Mon vélo étant mon moyen de transport quotidien, j'ai contacté un prestataire (coordonnées sur le site radpowerbike). Celui-ci a pu prendre contact avec eux. Refus de prise en compte de la garantie alors que j'ai acheté mon vélo il y a moins d'un an ! Mon vélo ne s'allume plus et le display est remplie de buée du à un défaut d'étanchéité et donc un défaut de fabrication... Très déçu par cette mauvaise expérience !

Zeer goede kwaliteit fietsen en goede service. Heb inmiddels 2 radrhino fatbikes en een expand 5 vouwfiets fatbike. Krijg de kans niet bijna om zelf te kunnen fietsen omdat mijn kinderen ze steeds mee hebben.

Von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung vergingen 8 Tage, die Verpackung war perfekt, der Zusammenbau war völlig problemlos. Die Qualität des radrhino 6 plus hat mich voll überzeugt, das Rad läuft tadellos und der Nabenmotor bietet eine tolle Unterstützung. Mit dieser Erfahrung habe ich noch ein weiteres radrhino 6 Plus bestellt.
Please do not deliver again with UPS
Please do not deliver again with UPS. They changed delivery date 2 times, delivery time also, they come at my adress, driver looked at my wife wich was in front of the door, looked inside the van and.... left. Probably the package was to big for him, didnt feel like working today or something. After,i get an email saiyng failed delivery attempt, receiver not home. My wife call them, i call them,stress, nerves, still no bike. Update 19 september. Still no bike, handler again didnt deliver and falsely indicate i refused the order. Contacted UPS again, they say package was dammaged and will be return to the sender. I ask for the package to check it myself, had enough excuses and lies. I managge to get an answer from Rad, not so helpfull, they advise me to check UPS delivery system wich is not helpful. The track and trace system has provide me a lot of missinformation. Will comeback with updates. Hope i didnt lose the money. Update 21 september. So after all the drama, stress and nerves with UPS, finally come today. I opened the box and... wow! RadRhino 6 plus. Visually gorgeous! Mecanichally perfect, 5 out of 5 stars. Assembly like 20 minutes, easy. Rad, you nailed again! Perfect bike, thank you!
no refund- very bad customer service …
Very bad customer service that doesn't help, always just puts me off and doesn't give me my money back. The reason for the problem was that I wanted to change my online order within the EU right of withdrawal period because I wanted a different bike from Radpowerbikes. I described this to customer service. He advised me that if the bike was already on the way, not to accept the UPS delivery. I did this and I got a message from UPS that the bike would be sent back to Radpowerbikes. This was already 1 month ago. Since then, I've been getting reassuring messages from Radpowerbikes again and again, saying that they don't know whether the bike has arrived at radpowerbikes or that the bike supposedly hasn't arrived, and that they would get in touch if it arrived. I don't get the impression that they are really trying to help me. It almost seems like the company just wants to delay the repayment. Customer service shouldn't have advised me to refuse to accept the UPS delivery if there were such big problems with the return process afterwards. Because now I have neither a bike nor my purchase price of €1900...☹️

From placing order there was great communication, it took around 10 working days to get the bike which was what was stated when ordering. The bike I purchased was the Radrhino and I have to say it has totally exceeded my expectations. It came really well packed and took me around an hour to assemble. Would highly recommend.
Radrunner plus
I recently purchased a RadRunner Plus and I'm thrilled with my purchase. The service I received was excellent. Shortly after my purchase, they lowered the price, but the Rad team promptly refunded me the difference without any issues, which speaks to their excellent customer service. However, I have some concerns about their future service in Europe due to their operations shutting down in the region.

Sep 2023 deuxième panne d’assistance à suivre; la structure Europe fermée ça va être très compliqué avec des composants made in Asia.

E- tank of a bicycle
Despite of the negative reviews on delivery times, my Rad Rhino 6 plus came fast and all communication about my purchase and shipping were clear. The remote for the level assistance, its holding ring came broken, but that isn't on Rad Power, but bad handling by UPS. I had bike for 3 weeks and I am very impressed by it. I can update my review in a few months of use, especially in winter conditions. So far, great job Rad bikes. Thank you ❤️

Zeer tevreden
Prachtige fiets besteld, binnen de afgesproken 10 werkdagen geleverd. Fiets kan gemakkelijk gemonteerd worden. Tot dusver zeer tevreden. Testrit gemaakt, heerlijk! Nog tevredener. Ik kijk op hun website en zie dat de fiets 200 euro goedkoper is (binnen 1 week grote prijsdaling). E-mail gestuurd. Binnen 12 uur reactie met de mededeling dat ik 200 euro terug krijg! Dit geld is inmiddels ook al teruggestort op mijn creditcard.
Kortom hele goede ervaring zowel met het product als met de klantenservice.
