The most gorgeous dress bespoke made for me. Fitting is perfect, the material is so flattering and comfortable. The dress was made within an outstanding timeframe and i couldnt be happier!

I ordered the liberty rose dress in white its came and its not white its more cream. I went with sizing given but I feel its doesn't fit its bigger than expected as I dont see anything else I would exchange it for I'm left with it and dont see me purchasing anything in 6 months there would be no point in a credit note. I'm gutted as it looked stunning in the pictures but just doesn't do me any favours

I loved the look of the dress but when it came the feathers were all over the minute I took it out the bag I paid £319 for a dress that just clung together the netting of the dress is sh”t, the top just kept falling down to the point I had to tape it to my body, would I recommend this dress absolutely not, would I buy again maybe just not that style of dress and without the feather cause I’m guessing that’s what I paid for as the dress it’s self was just horrible didn’t sit right 😖 I would advise anyone not to add the feathers onto the dress as they literally fall out all day

I was unsure of size so dm’d on instagram not really expecting a reply however replied within 5 minutes and were so unbelievably helpful and patient. I messaged around 3 times and all 3 times they responded really quickly. My dress came the next day and the quality and fit is amazing. Fantastic dress and customer service

Shocking customer service and even worse quality dresses.

Paid £189 for a dress to come faulty in 3 different places.

Ordered the Arella dress paid extra to get it quicker when the dress arrived Friday 28th April the feathers were hanging off around the bottom (would of had to of been blind to miss it) I messaged straight away on instagram as they were very responsive when questioned about purchasing the dress and I sent photos to show how the dress arrived now at this point I was willing to drive to them so I could have the dress fixed asap (not that I should have to already paid just short of £300 for the dress) I got a reply Sunday afternoon even thought they had been online multiple times over the weekend Instagram shows when active. I was asked to post the dress back off to them and they would fix it. After explaining I needed the dress for Friday morning and I am working Monday- Thursday 8-8 my first opportunity to post it (as post offices will be closed by the time I finish work ) would be Friday morning and I leave Friday morning so obviously my dress wouldn’t be back to me in time I asked if a replacement dress could be sent and I will post this faulty dress back on Friday at my first opportunity, I was told no we wouldn’t start making another dress not until we have your dress back. I asked about a refund to be told we only do credit notes…although by my consumer rights I am entitled to a full refund as the dress was faulty and not of satisfactory quality and I have already checked this with citizens advice.

I paid extra to have this dress sooner and it was so obvious it was rushed now my messages have been ignored. I think I was more than fair offering to bring the dress to them to fix or post it Friday (my first opportunity to go to the post office) if they just sent me a replacement and it’s clearly they just were not interested in helping me out any way shape or form.

Which is such a shame as it really is a lovely dress and I’m gutted that the poor customer service just ruins.

I known people order from here and have no issue which is great but they definitely not bothered if you do have an issue also the return label that they emailed to myself was for a small package of 100g so would of had to pay the extra again to post it back on Friday like i had offered.

Really not impressed in the slightest, it’s not a cheap shop and you expect a certain quality which definitely wasn’t the case.

Love my dress!! I ordered a size medium then realised I needed a small so spoke to the company and they sent a small. Great communication and lovely packaging! Would definitely recommend! ❤️

I was very impressed with the fast service and received my dress before the date however was very disappointed with the quality. The dress looks very nice but the feathers were all over the floor once I took the dress out of the packaging. The dress kept shedding, I was expecting better for the price that I paid. The price and quality doesn’t match, very disappointing.

IGNORANT COMPANY THAT YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF!!
Purchased a dress for my 30th birthday and spent £138 on the dress, unfortunately the colour is absolutely nothing like the colour they advertised online.
I didn’t realise the ‘company’ doesn’t issue refunds they only exchange items for other pieces from their website, I have now lost £138 to this company and can’t get the money back, after sending numerous email requests and Instagram messages they still haven’t got back to me about even exchanging the order, so currently stuck with a £138 dress that I don’t like and cannot return.
Very odd company, quick to take money and hold no responsibility/want nothing to do with you after order has been dispatched their end.
Customer service is non existent, just wish I’d read some reviews before purchasing from this dreadful ‘trashy boutique’

Ordered a few dresses and didn’t fit. Had no issues with returning and exchanging and the team was very responsive to emails and messages and dealt with it quickly.

Recived my order yday very happy with my jumpsuit xx
