Amazing service. I messaged them on whatsapp first to see if they could make part of the dress shorter for me, and to double check the size I should order. I placed the order and paid extra to have it delivered quicker and it came way earlier than expected. After reading bad reviews (I'd already placed my order) I was nervous for it to arrive after paying so much money but after trying it on, I'm in love and I can't wait to wear it. Love the material, design and the look overall. So classy and gorgeous! Thank you

Absolutely brilliant customer service, had a slight issue with my order and it was rectified and re-sent to me within a matter of days! They went above and beyond to get everything sorted for me in such a quick time frame. The garments are amazing quality and can definitely tell they are made with care and attention.

I bought the feathered co ord from this company in pink and paid nearly £400 for it. I paid extra for made to measure option. Was happy with everything until I wore it for a birthday party and the dye transferred onto my bottega bag (which is white and £2000). The fabric dye transferred onto my bag and when I complained about this they just said “you signed our t’s&c’s”. They ruined my bag and when I spoke to my friend who works in fashion she said the fabric is so cheap it hasn’t passed quality check with regards to dye transfer. It means the fabric is of really cheap and poor quality. I ended up paying £400 to have my bag repainted and cleaned and even now the pink is slightly noticeable on the bag. Absolutely appalled with the service, quality and everything in between! Looking at the reviews now, I’ve realised that maybe I should have checked this before purchasing. Will NEVER buy from them again.

What an absolute shambles nothing true to size about these garments no return policy as made to size height etc , about 3/4 sizes far to big looks like a rag ok, and how can you deliver next day if these are made for individual should be reported to trade and standard £150 for piece of crap

I would give this minus stars if it was possible!! My friend has receive a dress which I am actually appalled with, it’s the poorest made dress in the worst material I have ever seen!! This was sold at £389!!!!! Customer service is disgusting and they are offering only a credit note, my friend has been left without a dress for the works Christmas party and has had to go to trading standards!!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I bought the Capri dress in Matcha from this company in a size 10, not made to measure. The dress on the website is stunning, I fell in love with it instantly and saved the £389 so I could buy it for my works Christmas party. The dress came, and my heart nearly fell out. It is shocking, the stitching is all wonky, there is a huge fault line done the front of the dress, and it is far too big, it fits a size 12/14. To say I am disappointed is a huge understatement. I have approached them and asked for a full refund, which I am entitled to with the item being faulty and I’m told I can have an exchange or a credit note. There is no way on this earth that I would spend £389 with this company again! The communication from the company is non existent apart from the message to say I can have a credit note! The dress is made of one piece of cheap fabric that’s been sewn down 2 sides, it’s not made from a selection of cut pieces, it’s not even lined, and for the price it’s disgraceful. I’ve actually priced the materials used myself and I could have made this myself for less than £60.
After looking at other reviews it’s seem apparent that these just take your money, and are not even sorry that the products are terrible!!!!
Think twice before you purchase from here!!!!

One word. APPALLING. I would absolutely not recommend to anyone buying from this business. I ordered a dress for my baby shower which was £200 and the dress arrived and I wouldn’t even be happy paying £30 for.
The quality of the material and the feather was so poor and cheap and the colour was definitely not that as what is advertised on the website. I showed the dress to a number of people, every single person was shocked and laughed at the difference of the dress advertised to what I received. They especially couldn’t believe the quality for the price.
I have made contact numerous times and have made it very clear how disappointment I am and asked for a refund. I am heavily pregnant and this is causing me nothing but anxiety and stress as it’s not just £50 it’s £200 for a faulty item that is utterly rubbish. The dress in my eyes is faulty and falsely advertised. I have been told that I could not get a refund but I could only get a credit note which is not acceptable as I would not want to buy another thing from this company. Her customer service is shocking. I am in contact with my bank and also trading standards about this issue, and since this I have seen other people have left reviews of similar complaints. Shocking.
