Je ne peux malheureusement pas juger la qualité du poncho car après une commande effectuer il y a deux semaines, je n’ai toujours rien reçu.
Service client qui répond épisodiquement.
Par contre mon paiement a été encaissé dans retard !

I bought one of theirs great ponchos as a gift for a birthday. No regret, it's perfect.
There was a shipment problem that made me buy another one so I could have it on time. But the customer service was very nice and did the refund quickly with no discussion (thanks to Nikki ;-).

Great customer service, I have had my Rainkiss for over a year now. I'm a support worker so I'm out in all weather and this is one of the best purchases I've been gifted. My poncho sprung a leak and I emailed customer service to find out if I could waterproof it,Nikki was absolutely fantastic,a couple of emails and she was sending me a new poncho out. No fuss,no hassles. Amazing as I wasn't looking for a replacement.

It's HUGE even with my coat underneath. I am 5'7" and 155 lbs this could fit someone twice my size. It is long and for full coverage needs is good, but it's too big to be practical. The extra material will wrap around my legs when wet.

Perfect. Quick delivery and poncho really nice.

Zeer goedkope kwaliteit, wat een miskoop! Niks verzwaring in de zoom of een manier om de onderkant op z'n plaats te houden waardoor onmogelijk te gebruiken op de fiets want waait gewoon omhoog. Ik snap de positieve reviews niet..zijn die gekocht ?

This poncho was advertised to me multiple times, I was drawn to the practical aspect of it. Ladies on their bikes in the rain. Thats me! Due to my new job, about 30 minutes by bike away from my home, I decided; okay, 80,- is a lot of money, but if it keeps me dry and comfortable, sure. Of course I didnt expect to be 100% dry when it rains, but at least 60%, right? The poncho came quickly (I think it was during late summer that I ordered) and stayed in its package for a while. Until the last couple of weeks. Whenever it rained I thought 'great! This is what I bought my poncho for.' But each time I was dissapointed by the way I arrived at my job. No matter how I put the poncho on, it has a huge flaw! No matter how I put it on, it rides up and all the water it catches lands on my pants. Which results each time in wet jeans, socks and shoes when I arrive at work. In that way its exactly the same at a 5,- poncho, unfortunately. If you buy this project for cycling I would advise you to buy some rain pants elsewhere and a good raincoat. If you go to festivals this is very nice to wear. But its up to you if you want an 80,- poncho on a festival.

I LOVE the RAINKISS poncho - arrived very quickly to Canada. I'm a plus size woman and it truly fits ALL sizes. I am able to wear it over my winter coat as well! The only problem I have is the hood is too big - haven't figured out how to make it smaller. 🙃

Looks beautiful...bought for a beach wedding in case of rain. However after the wedding when it was worn it is absolutely useless. I paid nearly 60 00 and expected something that would work. I have probably only worn it 10 times and water is coming in on the arms. Just got home wet cold and miserable. My cheap alternative from decathalon has lasted years and cost less than 10.00. don't know if it's a bad batch of fabric.

Following my complaint I received a second one and this is clearly made from a different fabric which appears more robust. It hasn;t rained at the right times in manchester for me to tell what the waterproofing is like.

And after all: another annoying detail. I ordered two raincoats, one blue one that costs 55, 00 Euro with a discount and a green that costs 65, 00 Euro. I kept the blue one and sent the green one back and they charged me the green one. Plus ten euros to sent the coat back to Amsterdam. I really have to say: worst customer service ever. And even I like the style, I would never order another one.

Got this as a present. Nice looking, cool design. However, the one size fits all is not true. I’m 1.83m/6 ft, normally wear a size L. The sleeves are too short so my sweater got wet anyway esp on bike rides. When it’s windy the hood keeps blowing off so more wetness. Nice looking, fashionable poncho if you’re not that tall for drizzly days in the city, definitively not suitable for bad weather or outdoor walks/bike rides.

I ordered my poncho a couple weeks ago and I take it every where. It fits perfectly en keeps me dry al the time. I love the part that you can fold in in a small square. Finally I can dance in the rain 🌧

One size fits all is not a true description.
I’m a size 14 and the poncho looked ridiculous on me. It was far too big and far too long.
The rain kiss was lovely and Colour was really nice.

Bad quality for 70euros. Costumer service doesn't reply and no refund yet

I bought the black polka design and have used it several times walking my dogs in the Swedish autumn weather. It keeps me all dry from a 45 min walk in pouring rain. The hood stays in place also in windy weather. I googled and ordered it through a more local webshop - same price but free shipping.

Ich habe am 26.08.21 138 € für einen Poncho und einen Gutschein bezahlt - irgendwann, 2 Mails auf der Firmenwebside und mehrere Wochen später, kam der Poncho dann auch an - nicht aber der Gutschein. Bis heute nicht.
Das ist ganz und gar nicht in Ordnung!
Und weil ich auf meine Mails keine Antwort bekommen habe, nun also so...
Der Poncho ist ganz nett.

Ich habe mir einen Poncho Ikat von Rainkiss bestellt. Der kam schneller an als ein Brief.
Der Print ist einfach geil. Der Stoff, das Material angenehm leicht, nicht zu warm. Ich habe ihn heute bei Regen auf dem Fahrrad ausgeführt. Ich bin begeistert. Ich muss sagen, wenn es aus dem selben Stoff auch noch eine Regenhose geben würde, ich wäre doppelt begeistert. Grins. Andere Nutzer schrieben, das die Kapuze zu groß wäre..ja das stimmt, da hat man das Design vor die praktische Seite gestellt.
Ich habe da einen super Vorschlag: Das selbe Klettverschluss-Bändchen, das eine Superfunktion am Handgelenk hat, an der Kapuzenrückseite verwenden.
So kann man die Kapuze variabel verkleinern und das schöne Design bleibt erhalten.
Fazit: Der schönste Regenponcho ever.

My initial order was late, and the customer service didn’t reply on my emails. After two weeks I contacted them on Messenger and I was properly compensated for the delay and lack of response.

Happy customer in the end!
