The sign-in is very annoying
The sign-in is very annoying. It tells me a message has been sent to my phone with a code,but the first send NEVER works. Consequently, I have to wait out the first timer before requesting the code AGAIN. Then, when that works, it asks if I want my device remembered and I've ALWAYS clicked yes, but it shows up again on every log-in.

We understand how inconvenient it is when the first verification code doesn’t come through and you’re required to wait before requesting another. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We also recognize how frustrating it must be to repeatedly select “remember this device” and still be prompted again at each login.

It was very easy to set up. Have a variety of online banks to choose from, that fits individual needs. Keeps my savings safe. What I appreciate the most it informs when the interest rates goes up and down. I’ve saved a little nest egg especially with the interest rates being a little higher with the online bank

A Different Approach, Many Options & Smooth Saling
This Platform was new to me and intrigued me. I liked the many choices one has with so many financial institutions. Very competitive rates and the bonus promo's made it a no brainer. Once your funds are there, it's easy to have access to so many products. It's definitely worth investigating.

Great Interest
Although slightly skeptical at first, 3 years ago I deposited $1000. into a Raisin account with 4.5% interest rate. My local banks were giving me .01%. After a few months, my comfort level grew and I began depositing more money into the Raisin account. With interest, monthly deposits and some high-rate CDs I now have over $9000. and will definitely stick with them!!

For the most part was good, not being able to do all transactions via the app is a problem because getting hold of a person can be difficult. Once you reach them, they’re very helpful.

Great Rate and Exemplary Customer Service
Raisin offers a wide variety of Money Markets, CDs and other financial instruments. Their website is easy to use and their rates are consistently among the best. They also offer incredible customer service by phone and email. By phone you are connected immediately to a very well trained live rep with excellent communication skills. Their responses by email for issues that require documentation are always extremely detailed and received within 48 hours.

I have one external account listed for transferring cash in and out; was told that that choice can never change? It belongs to my credit union and I would prefer to change to another bank so I could move larger amounts at one time

Attempted to open an account, but their system claims it can't verify my identity. I called and they reset it, so I tried again and it still couldn't verify it. I have my license, social security card, and birth certificate and haven't moved in 7 years, so seems very bizarre.
