Amazing Representative
The representative I spoke to was by far the most helpful customer service representative I have ever dealt with from any company. I actually had to ask her if she was real and not AI.

Starting the account and transferring funds was super easy with just a couple minor hiccups which were addressed by a very responsive customer service.

They took my $250K & locked me out of my account! Horrible customer service!
They took my $250K when I opened the account, then immediately locked me out of my account for “security reasons”. Said I had to verify my identity using some face scanning thing that wouldn’t work. They said there was no other option, and would not give me access to my money! So now I’m trying to get my money back. They won’t sent it back to my bank. They said I have to have my bank pull it back. It is ridiculous that they can just take my money and then lock my account. If they couldn’t verify me, why did they take my money?
They keep telling me to call their customer service, which I’ve done repeatedly, but they are no help at all! All they do is read from a script. If you give them a problem that’s not on the script, they won’t do anything to help you.

Using the website was not intuitive…
Using the website was not intuitive enough for me to complete this transaction without calling, unfortunately. Knowing that I needed to click on the bank currently holding the CD was not intuitive. Fortunately, the call was straightforward and short.

Wording In email was incorrect
The associate was
Pleasant and clarified the situation.
My email said my CD was set to renew. Upon inspection of my account and I could only find it in the historic section, my CD was placed by Hanover bank in my cash account. Had I not looked I would not have known my CD was not renewed The email from Raisin should have stated that so it would alert me to money being in my cash account.
