Your attention to details create many easy and efficient 'trips' of the whole site. If there is a necessary question or need of guidance, the staff will walk through the issue with you. I am a late starter in the Raisin Group. So I was surprised and delighted that I received a Good review of my account.

Terrible platform when you need to…

Terrible platform when you need to start moving money around. We are closing escrow and just found out I should have started a week ago. They have extremely long delays to go from bank > cash to available for transfer. They do not offer wires and can only transfer to another bank account.

Wish we start a week ago - escrow will likely be delayed by a week... just heads up - was told by support - the time to receive your cash is 4 to 5 business days.

Money Stuck Like Others Have Complained…

I will stick to opening CDs and HYSAs through normal bank accounts or doing MMs with investment firms such as Vanguard. My money is stuck until I can get my bank to write my a letter stating the linked account I have is closed. Raisin will not let me add a bank account until I can prove I own the account I closed. Naturally nobody said this to me, I had to call to find this out after not hearing anything when I said I cannot provide a bank statement for an account I don't have access too. Vanguard is where I'll park my money from now on, let's me add multiple accounts without having to go through the most ridiculous 2 week process.

Slow and tedious process on transferring funds out.I thought the people I spoke to were…

I thought the people I spoke to were very nice, patient and helpful but the process of there being only one external account to transfer my funds from Raisin to another .new external account was long and tedious for me so will not be using Raisin again.

Raisin Lied to Me

I have had a number of accounts through Raisin, most recently a $240 K CD opened in May, 2025. This was opened during a promotion in which Raisin promised to pay a 0.5% bonus if the money remained there for three months. The money is still there (7 months later), but when the bonus was paid today it was $400 rather than the promised $1200. Their customer service said that they were only paying $400 (0.167%) because I had another CD (separate account, different bank) mature in the interim and I withdrew $165 K from that CD — they were only paying the bonus on my $240 K minus the $165 K that I withdrew from a different account with a different bank. Basically, they lied about the bonus. Never again — if a company lies to me, I am done with them. And…Raisin lied.

It says I have opened an account when I have not.
Want to open a new account and also get the bonus money but must be first timer. Why is it saying I have an account?
