Great Customer Service
Although Raisin originally missed both bonus' (the referral party, and me) when it was brought to their attention, the matter was resolved and bonus' credited accordingly in 2 days. The resolution was quick and decisive which is always a good trait for a business handling your money. Great job clearing this up so quickly.

Your great employee Raven did a fantastic job of helping me recover my information needed for a temporary suspension put on my RAISIN account by my own bank not releasing my funds until twelve days after they deposited my check.
Raven was calm, patient, and very pleasant to me during this stressful period and I appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

Routing number change
As I explained to Jack. You are the only bank i do business with that requires multiple steps to change a routing number. You have to remember that older account holders are not as savvy with a computers
Jack explained the reasoning and was very patient as he walked me through the steps that the bank requires.
