Knowledgeable and courteous customer service.
The Raisin customer service representative who attended my phone call was very well-informed, patient and knowledgeable. He made contacting Raisin a pleasant and productive experience. All of my questions were patiently answered. If I could, I would request this particular Raisin representative whenever I need help with something related to the platform.
Related to the Raisin "experience," I appreciate the improvements made to the website and the ease of the banking process over the last year or so.
I would highly recommend Raisin to anyone seeking the most competitive rates in high yield savings accounts and certificates of deposit.
