pathetic service, ordered rakhi 5 days in advance but it didn't deliver and moreover their contact number is always switched off. Looks like fake company.

Ordered Rakhi and chocolate to deliver to London.Pathetic service rakhi got delivered 4 days late although I had selected 9th Aug as delivery date that too a different rakhi than the one i ordered. chocolate was not even delivered.no customer service also .there phone number is always switched off .please don't order from them

The rakhi delivery services are swift. I had ordered the kids' rakhi. I must say, the colour, the quality and the design are fabulous.

I did not received my order. Scam!

poor service, Rakhi delivered after four days, i.e. two days after Rakshbandhan day, defeating very purpose of sending Rakhi on that day. Not responding at all to such reviews.

Wrong product delivery, hopless service,order pack of snicker of Rs 390 with rakhi and delivered cadbury mini pack of Rs 130. Not ordering any more from this guys. From the customer service offer me to keep that mini cadbury pack and will adjust the money but after that no update. I also saw few reviews stating the same issue.

Totally fraud ,not delivered anything they gave me a fake tracking ID please don't buy anything from this site.

Fraudulent company
Dont ever use this company for anything.
I also know writing this review will be of no use as no one will bother to change anything!
I ordered multiple Rakhis for my brothers in India which as per the company will be delivered 2 days before the day but up until Raksha Bandhan it doesnt get delieverd. So ofcourse they ruined the festival and celebration. I call the number that they have listed on their website - I keep hearing that the person is on another call , please hold and then he/she doesn't answer my calls and infact cuts my calls. This is probably because there must be several disappointed people trying to reach them hence they dont want to be in the line of fire!!
I send them an email the next day asking them to cancel the order as its pointless if it hasn't reached on that day but they reply back saying they will try to deliver at the earliest. They refuse to comprehend that I asked to cancel the order and they still go ahead and deliver after 3 days. This is a fraud - they did not keep upto their end of the bargain and yet dont want to cancel the order r refund my money!!. This is cheating!!! Some Priyanka Singh replies to my emails and is adamant about wanting to deliver the order after Raksha Bandhan day has passed!!! I once again ask her to cancel it as I dont want it delivered after the day but my emails are ignored.
I know leaving a review will not change anything hence I am looking into reporting these people to the CD.
So please dont bother ordering from this company and try someone else who has better ratings!!!!!

Fraud. They just take your money and do not deliver anything. No tracking. No customer service.

Never buy a rakhi from their site..
These people are fraud. They charge you for the product you order and then sent a different product of low and cheap quality. On complaining they didn't respond to your request.
Neither they give a refund nor they exchange the deliver product..
Such an unprofessional behaviour..

Rakhi.in is a Fraud site, please do not order. Your Money and Time both will be gone. The Mobile number is given to contact but no body picks up the phone. I have lost 2500 Rs which I ordered 2 days back.

Horrible site. never ever order rakhi on this. your rakhi will never be delivered. This is a fraud and scam site . just beware. i am going to file a case against them soon. They must be brought to justice for cheating peoples emotions.
