The parcel didn’t arrive on time for…
The parcel didn’t arrive on time for the occasion. It was not delivered and asked to collect from post office which was not made clear at the time of order. A bit disappointed that it was arrived on Friday and post office is closed over the weekend.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear your parcel didn’t arrive in time for the occasion. We did ship your order on time using express delivery. Usually, Australia Post delivers directly to your address, but if no one is home to receive the parcel, they leave it at the nearest post office for collection.
Your parcel is currently available for pickup at Gosnells Post Shop, open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Alternatively, you can contact Australia Post to arrange redelivery at your convenience.
