Had a really poor experience with the customer services team with regard to the sham lifetime warranty that they offer on their products. For a couple of weeks or so the communication with the customer services was long winded and slow. I sent pictures of my filter to them which clearly shows cracking and deteriation of the foam cone, to which they say isn't a manufacturing fault. I disagree because If this was not manufacturing issue then the problem would not be present. It's clearly cheaply made and can not withstand light usage, let alone performance usage. I had come to the conclusion after ram airs customer services rejected my lifetime warranty claim that their guarantee is not fit for purpose like their products. I referred to this as the Acme guarantee, guaranteed to break. I then said that I would never buy another ram air product as a result of the Acme guarantee and the poor Mickey mouse quality of their products.
If you are looking for good customer service, good products and a true lifetime warranty then DON'T BUY RAM AIR. I will be investing in a K&N filter or a Piper cross filter next and forget that these charlotains exist all together. I would give zero stars if I could.

1st time user and a customer gained from one of the big names in the business.I have pretty much always used reusable (preformance) filters In my cars and having got to the stage where I can do the job properly and have my car mapped I decided a cold air feed kitcwas in orderxI wanted something understated I don't do flashy so I looked around and chose Ramair via their Ebay shop. The product arrived next working day which was very impressive, I opened my purchase to assess what was what I found a part missing not sure if they had used generic photos on the site I emailed asking the question minutes later I had an answer and a solution the missing part will arrive tomorrow. Great service from a great company great looking products that do what they say they will. Im a very happy customer.
