Always go to Ramsdens in Southwick Sunderland for my currency. Bought currency and also purchased a Ramsdens mastercard for safety. Assisted by Jo and Karen who explained everything as usual. So helpful and polite. Absolute credit to Ramsdens. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my currency

Service was first class I ordered online and within 10 minutes I got a message to say it was ready
When I went to the store the money was set aside already sorted
The staff member counted it out in front of me and I was then on my way

Got notification to collect them faster than I thought from local store.
Great service when collection from Colby Newham in Middlesbrough, good breakdown on notes too.
