Give more staff training
That's just not good enough I feel you should be doing something more than that for me as I have had to complain twice in a short number of months what is going on with your service are you really that stupid and the management of local store is useless and very much disgraceful and the new staff member was utter stupid and pathetic and it does not help when that new staff member chooses not to speak up mumbling their words standing at the counter without a smile on their face that is once again disgusting and a disgraceful way to look at your customers this is not only disgraceful and pathetic it makes me think you are incompetent of doing your Jobs I have a right to do my job and that is to go in your store when I like and make purchases I think you need to show me some more respect and consideration how dare you and in addition to that I am going to start investigating my local store if you don't sort this out your behaviour is absolutely useless and an acceptable attitude and a smile wouldn't go a near miss but no your all silly pathetic and disgraceful I can't have your staff being rude and not correctly being trained so now you might understand why you have been given one red star which is extremely short

Staff at Market Street, York branch are always very friendly, helpful and efficient. While I can always find a slightly better conversion rate online, I prefer to deal with people who have that personal touch and who always respond in a positive manner.

I often buy and sell currency at Ramsdens in South Shields. All of the staff are really friendly in there.
