Excellent service, from instruction to completion, communication was brilliant throughout.

Good old fashioned service through to completion of the sale.

Gary and Mark went above and beyond and helped us through the process of buying our first family home. Can’t thank them enough. Would definitely recommend.

Mark and Gary from Ramsey Moore are a brilliant team.

Gary showed us round the property, giving us just the right amount of space when we needed to talk privately, and making sure he got answers for us.

He was also superb about keeping in touch when we were negotiating and also when we were selling our house to make sure our offer could be accepted.

Mark then took over making sure the sale actually went through, and was incredibly proactive, friendly, supportive and practical. He flagged issues, gave advice and worked on creating solutions. Lots of people up and down the chain played an important part in making this sale go through, but I do think Mark played an absolutely vital part.

My mum decided she wanted to relocate and be near my family in Kent. She has been in her current flat for 30 years doubled with the relocation it all seemed like a bigger deal than normal.
We initially saw 3 Estate Agents, Gary from Ramsey Moore and 2 others. Mum and I both liked Gary from the off there wasn’t a choice to be made and we haven’t looked back.

I can’t recommend Ramsey Moore enough. The sale and purchase hasn’t been the easiest or quickest but this is by no fault of them. They are always available for you and have gone above and beyond for mum. You honestly don’t feel like just a number, they care and have really been amazing ! I can’t thank them enough.

Really professional and simply know what they are doing without reading from a script they have compassion and understanding which is so hard to find. I even got a text from Gary on his holiday to congratulate us.

Over many years I unfortunately have experienced very poor service standards and sometimes blatant lies by various estate / letting agents. Well in Ramsey Moore Estate Agents I have fortunately experienced the absolute polar difference. Every they have said that they will do they have done efficiently and with absolute charm. Gary and Mark are both very experienced, friendly and proffesional. they helped us through the process and where very accommodating of my work hours. when it came to valuation Gary was very good and confident (which is half the battle) in the price he gave, where others were unsure at the same price.
