We chose Ramsey Moore to sell our house after obtaining valuations from 3 other estates agents. We had been following the local property sales market for some time and were already aware that Ramsey Moore had been successful at selling some neighbouring properties in good time and at a very good prices.

On valuation day, Derek came over and impressed us with his knowledgeable and relatable approach to marketing. Of all the other companies that had given us valuations, Derek was the only one who seemed to pick up on our main priority - a very quick sale - whereas others were more focused on going through the normal process of open marketing. Even before we signed up with Ramsey Moore, Derek had made phone calls and found us a buyer. Of course, we signed a contract with them and, even though we had a buyer, our property was still marketed as a ‘plan B’.

Thankfully, the ‘plan A’ worked out and the house was sold in 8 weeks. Derek worked efficiently and effectively with the solicitors and gave them a friendly nudge, when necessary. He kept us informed and updated at all times.

We would definitely feel confident in recommending Derek at Ramsey Moore to anybody who asked for a recommendation. Thank you Derek and all the best 😊

My mother in law sadly passed away in January, we had to put her flat on the Market, we live is Scotland so we needed an Estate agent we could trust to leave everything in their hands to manage for us. Our friends recommend Tony Matthews at Dagenham office, they have used Ramsey Moore for years always used Tony, they said Tony is a top guy and will help you throughout the process.
True to their word Tony is a great guy who went over and above to help us nothing was to much trouble, from arranging a gardener ensuring they done good job, involved with Gas company who were doing work in the area to ensure work got completed on the flat nd generally keeping an eye on the flat.
Tony was always on hand answering our questions and keeping us updated throughout the process.
What makes Tony stand out is his passion for his job, he is very professional and takes great care of his clients.

I used Gary and Mark at Ramsey Moore to sell my late mums place. As you can imagine dealing with the estate of a loved one can be a difficult one but Gary was brilliant and took care of everything with regards to the sale.

A brilliant professional service and even when Gary was unavailable Mark was on hand to continue providing a great seem less service as he knew all about my case. Communication was constant and they even helped chase up solicitors through the chain when the solicitors were being slow to get things moving.

I’ll be honest and say I don’t have a high regard for estate agents as a whole but Gary and Mark have changed my views on this and I’ll definitely used them again in future.

Ramseymore team was a live saver in helping me rent a property for the first time.
