Expensive for what you get
Expensive for what you get
I ordered a Premium box of flowers for my aunt in the UK (I'm in Australia). It cost GBP68 and I was expecting something fairly spectacular. But my cousin (her son) sent me a photo. Whilst it was beautiful, and I have to admit it contained pink roses, which would have been expensive to find in the middle of a UK winter, it was fairly small, which was a bit disappointing.
Perhaps Ramsbothams should post an indication of the size of the display when they advertise.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your disappointment regarding the size. While we strive to showcase value in our arrangements, inflation’s impact affects sourcing, especially during winter and Christmas periods.you have had Candle value of £10.00, In our shop we not using much greenery in the bouquet to show the bouquet bigger as other florists do, I'll pass your suggestion about size indicators to our team to improve future displays. 🌹
Family in U. S. like them.

We would like to thank Eva and Alex for the care and attention shown to us when we went to order the flowers for my dad’s funeral. The casket spray flowers were perfect and just what we wanted. They were so fresh and beautiful presented. We are very grateful.
