Roses are in really good condition when they arrive

Absolutely stunning - so happy with my roses everytime - always excited to buy more

Unfortunately there was a mix-up with my order and I received a rose intended for somebody else, but that is where the annoying part ends.....
A quick phone call and all was easily corrected - and we were allowed to keep the very pretty rose that we were sent in error! Today an email has informed me that my order is on its way so all is well.

David Austin customer service was second to none and that is so important when something goes awry.

The bare root rose arrived within a few days of ordering and I planted it the same day. Excellent customer service.

Good description and information on each type of plant. Bought as a gift and was gratefully received and added to their other David Austin roses

Received a very healthy rose, well packed.

The two roses were delivered but one had been out of the box put back and the box tapped up with tape

I’m a completely novice gardener but have bought roses in the past-to commemorate family members lives and to celebrate joyful occasions- all from David Austin. Now I have my own garden after decades of living in a flat, my novice gardener nerves are settled by the comprehensive details they give for each rose. The only thing I wasn’t sure of was if the growing aspects of North South etc were in order of preference or just ‘this will grow anywhere’ . I’d like to know that because I’m aware you don’t get such healthy, blooming plants if it doesn’t like its position However that’s just me being a novice I suppose and everyone else is saying ‘how can she not work it out, it’s simple!!’

That was the first time I bought from David Austin over the phone as I usually buy things from them online via their website, and I ordered my items wanted through the customer service lady in a very helpful and professional way.

Ordered once a year rose food as i had run out last year. It is great to feed my roses in spring and then know they have had all the help they need.

Recently bought 3 sets of bare root roses for the passing of a loved one (one for his sister, us & the hospice he was in). Will be potting them up shortly and hoping they will blossom well in remembrance.

I ordered a bare root Gertrude Jekyll rose from David Austin. She arrived quickly, well packaged with clear instructions for planting. I’m looking forward to seeing her bloom!

Rose arrived soon after despatch, roots slightly moist and foliage freshlooking. As with all roses from David Austen, the plant had excellent root system. It was planted the next morning and looks well settled
