Extremely helpful when I was making the decision about which boiler to choose. Fitting was done about a week later and the engineer was quick, efficient and professional as well as being extremely polite. New boiler is working beautifully, what more could you want?

Like their name - Rapid Response
Like their name - it was a rapid response. I was faced with no boiler on the Tuesday and by Friday morning I had an engineer in my home. Andy spoke with me on the Tuesday to understand what my current boiler and what my requirements were for a new boiler.
The engineer, arrived on time and by lunchtime my home was warming up nicely. Everywhere was left clean and tidy, and I was left with a heating system that is efficient. Sensible advice and a good price too. Thank you

Excellent Service,boiler breakdown rang company who provided quote,and because we are pensioners,although I feel they would do it for everyone, knew boiler was fitted on Sunday,2 days after initial contact ,Johnand Jay did a brilliant job,every thing cleaned up,explained new boiler workings,would definitely recommend this company

This service was incredibly good can not recommend them enough. Freezing cold weather and boiler broke they came the next day . Steve the engineer was professional very tidy even covering the carpet with a protector . Was done in a morning arrived on time and even hovered and out all the bits and bobs back where they were . Want to thank Steve very much we were nice a cosy last night .

Amazing work very pleased
Amazing Work from Rapid Response today - Specifically Lewis who attended our premises today faced with what was supposed to be a straight forward drain clear, this was not the case. After much determination an impeccable knowledge base and a great skill set Lewis managed to resolve our problem whilst being very friendly, polite and informative throughout. Lewis is an asset to the business he left no mess and avoided causing any damage or disruption to our business.

I was very impressed with Steve
I was very impressed with Steve, Liam, Andy and Jill. Very professional and efficient service, fair advice given and work has been carried out to a high standard - no complaints!
So nice to finally have hot water whenever needed and the pipes no longer clunking and clicking away :)

Emergency repair
Just before Christmas my boiler broke down. I could not thank Rapid Response enough for their prompt and professional service. Within a day they came to assess the boiler and provided a reasonable quote and installation timeframe to get the work completed. All was done within the week. Rapid Response Heating, first Class from start to finish!
I’ve had bad experiences with Wakeman, which made me very nervous, Andy, the sales rep talked me through every step. He was very polite and courteous. I have a rental property managed by a company but I decided to go with rapid response heating (best decision). They also have a payment plan of £8 a month for a full service and gas safety certificate which I think is very reasonable. The after-care is superb! Jill in the office is a real ASSET to the company. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Thank you Rapid Response Heating putting my trust back in workmen.

A first class job from start to finish
The whole process of buying our new boiler was excellent. The rep, Andy worked with us to get the best value for money, and then arranged a suitable installation date {which we changed with no problem}. The night before the installation, the engineer, Fran, called to make arrangements. He was very thorough and explained how everything would work. On the day of installation, Fran arrived on time and started work immediately. He made sure we had plenty of water for drinks etc before switching off at the mains. He worked very efficiently and completed the work within 6½ hours. He left us with a neat job site, no mess for us to clean, hot water and central heating! He also left us with an explanation of how the system works, booklets for reference and contact details should there be any issues. We could not be happier with Fran's work! Within an hour, Jill from the head office called to confirm everything was completed satisfactorily and to collect the balance of payment. All in all, the whole process went very smoothly and we would have no problem recommending Rapid Response to our friends or family. A first class job from start to finish!

Really professional company from start to finish. Everything was seamless and no hassle. Fair price for work done. All involved were polite, courteous and phoned or arrived at the house when they said they would.

First class service
I chose Rapid response to install a new gas boiler, and they were professional throughout. Liam, the young man who first came to discuss it with me, explained what was needed in terms I could understand. Fran came to fit the boiler, and I was very pleased with his work, and that he cleaned up afterwards. Gill in the office was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Kept up to date via text before and on day of service. Even received a call 15 mins before the engineer arrived. Boiler not fixable on day but they sorted out the part and the next appointment (2 days) for problem to be rectified.

I've had full central heating system installed. Ben came out with a couple of other guys and they completed the job in a day. Ben is the owner and he's lovely guy, very helpful. The price was very reso able as I had shopped around. Good job!
