A good family firm they fitted my boiler and advised me before fitting it and advised me after it was fitted ,I got a good deal and signed up for the boiler care plan they offer with one years free servicing .I am very happy with the service and would recommend this company to anyone in the North of England.

We had a new boiler fitted by Rapid Response
Our boiler was fitted by Rapid Response.Liam came on a home visit and explained the type of boiler that would be ideal for our family home and Jae and Ben fitted boiler. The job was neat and they left the place clean. I would definitely recommend Rapid Response to anyone as I found that they were punctual and explained everything at the start of the job.

Liam visited immediately to assess and check the problem with the boiler . He was helpful, clear and suggested different options but helped me decide what boiler solution fitted the property . Fran fitted the boiler the following day., he was very hard working, pleasant and efficient, getting the job done. Very pleased with the service, thanks 😊

Highly professional & efficient team
Never having needed a replacement boiler before, I really was most impressed by all my dealings with Rapid Response Heating.
From Liam who came for the initial assessment & was so pleasant & informative, through to my dealings with the lovely admin staff, I couldn’t have been more pleased.
The engineers who did the work were outstanding. They cleared away the old boiler & cleaned up afterwards, too. Being wary about the new controls, they gave me a clear demonstration of how best to use it for my own requirements & the whole process was completed in under 5hrs, which I’d not expected.
For anyone looking to replace their boiler, I would highly recommend using Rapid Response - fully deserving of 5*. Thanks.

Very professional polite team, 1. Liam rang with a quote wasn't pushy left me to shop around. 2. Lovely lady from office rang to arrange deposit and organise a service plan. 3.Ben and John arrived as arranged fit new boiler all up and running within a few hours all working perfectly no mess at all and lastly a courtesy call to make sure everything is OK. Boiler swap
After some Boiler problems I contacted Liam at Rapid Response and it was just that, rapid response. Came to the house same day and investigated then issued a very competitive quote to have the boiler replaced. Next day his colleague was there to install so about 23 hours from first contact to job done. Very clean job, competent engineers. I recommend them very highly. Thanks to Liam and his team.

Fast and friendly service
Just had a new boiler supplied and fitted with Rapid Response and they were. We decided we needed a new boiler on a Thursday and it was up and running the following Wednesday john the fitter was so helpful fixing a few snags without a fuss and left the kitchen clean and tidy everybody we spoke to were really helpful but not pushy. The price was very reasonable we would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service
Our boiler broke down completely. We knew it would happen soon as we had had it a long time. I rang round to get some numbers of rated companies and rang Rapidresponse heating and plumbing. Liam could not have been more helpful, he juggled his workload around and arranged a new boiler to be installed on Sunday!! He explained all the details about what boiler would suit our bungalow and answerd our questions. Ben and John arrived just after 8am and did an excellent job. Cleaned all refuse away including the old boiler. They explained all the boilers workings and any questions we had. Couldn't fault them.
So if you need a reliable plumbing company with pleasant staff look no further.
