First order was received within 2 days of ordering and has turned out to be a excellent product and has exactly as described.
They put in a discount voucher for other purchases. As I was looking for something else and they had exactly what I was after, I ordered it. However when paying, there was nowhere on the website to put in the discount code. I ordered anyway and then contacted Raquex about this anomaly. They came back to me immediately with an apology and refunded me the discount amount. I would gladly recommend this company. One point I would make to them though. Sort out the Web site purchasing screen, so that a discount code can be entered and the deduction be done automatically rather than having to contact them.

Purchased a raquex badminton bag a few weeks ago. Like the material. Zip quality is good. Nice blue colour. Shoes comfortably fits in to the compartment. Ample space for rackets along with shoes.

I bought the cheaper tape from Raquex for my tennis racquets - the ones with perforations. I reviewed them on Amazon saying rather buy the more expensive tape as the one I bought is no good for regular club tennis. They saw the review, refunded my money and posted me their better tape to try. I was wary, so fitted it and waited a few weeks to see how it has lasted. Perfect. Strong, grippy and still almost as new after about 10-14 hours of play. Will keep buying from these guys.

The raquex is stylish and resourceful. carrying it on the arm lends seriouness of tennis and professionalism. it's a portable resource for tennis players and carries 4 rackets with seperate compartments for tennis balls and a mobile

Just a couple of hours after posting my initial review, I received an email from Raquex customer service asking what they can do better...
Companies who pay attention to their customers will always be my preference, even if some things don't go right from time to time... Thus my update to 5 stars!


Reputable brand but...

Was looking for grip finishing tape and Raquex was the only reputable brand that popped up.
Amazon Germany did not have the color I wanted, so I ordered it directly from their UK site.
One star minus, cause I did not get any order confirmation email, so I was left a bit in the dark if my order was processed and when it was shipped.
Another star minus, cause I had to pay EUR 10 toll fees in Germany for my 20 GBP order...
Of course this is by no means the fault of Raquex, but probably they could put a smaller amount on the bill, so that it doesn't have to go the the tolls?

Nice bag, perfect for my three Rackets, not too bulky but plenty of storage for all my needs. Easy to carry and store also.
