Ordered my corner sofa set on Saturday received it on Wednesday delighted with the very fast delivery.
Absolutely delighted when we unpacked it. It is beautiful so comfortable and looks fantastic. Only had to put two screws in for the table.

We have been really happy with our garden furniture set ordered from rattanpark furniture a few years ago and as the covers were starting to wear, ordered some new ones. I unfortunately ordered the wrong ones but superb customer services help me sort out my error and the new ones arrived today. I am so impressed with the quality of the covers and with the personal touch of the company. Communication has been excellent and being able to speak easily to a real person is priceless. I’d like to add that once this went on my problem was immediately resolved. Customer service was brilliant. Although my initial comment is negative I’d like to highlight the positive in this situation too.
I would still buy from Rattan Park.

Never received the furniture. Your appointed delivery company didn’t deliver the items and then falsified their version of my telephone conversation with them and stated they wouldn’t deliver the furniture.

What a fantastic service this company provides. Not only is the sofa absolutely stunning and incredibly comfortable with thick cushions, but when I experienced an issue with a damaged order, they couldn’t do enough to help. Cannot rate this company highly enough.

After a lot of shopping around about 4 years ago now for some garden furniture. Which came with endless delays, and cancellations. Along with finally having my order delivered, it was actually too completely different sofa sets, which was supposed to be to complete a corner sofa.. that obviously got returned. Then I found a rattan Park.. such amazing quality and service. It’s still good as new today..The added bonus was that I needed a cover for it since I’ve moved House, and no longer had my pergola . I was so happy to find that you still sell that same Cambridge garden set.. so I knew that the cover would be perfect. So once again, from ordering to delivery, and obviously the product itself. Outstanding yet again.. I could not recommend rattan park more.

Fantastic furniture at a great price. So happy we chose the Cambridge Range Large Modular Sofa set plus two extra arm chairs in rustic grey. Bit of a faff assembling the arm chairs but that is a minor quibble. Highly recommended.

First class service! Sofas had to be pre-ordered & wanted to be sure that they would arrive in 2 weeks. Speedy responses to my online enquiries. Didn’t over promise to get sale but gave reassurance that order would be dealt with as a priority. It was - received within 1 week.
