Delivery was sent via Amazon shipping. Package was marked as being delivered, however, it wasn’t delivered. After checking the property several times and checking with our immediate neighbours I emailed Raw Denim. Their initial response was to inform me that according to the tracking (No photo evidence, No delivery) the parcel had been marked as delivered, perhaps I should check with my neighbours.
They offered no help in resolving the issue, no compensation, and after several emails…chose the road of it’s not really our problem. I filled in a claim form and was told this would take up to a month…a month has passed and I’ve heard nothing.
I fulfilled my end of the contract in paying for the item. Surely, they should have some level of commitment in ensuring I receive it. They are responsible for delivery….Not me
This company is a small time bunch of charlatans . Place your order elsewhere. There are several similar reviews online. I only wish I’d have read them before ordering with Raw Denims.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a shirt last week for an event this weekend and paid for expedited delivery. Received a courier email that the order will arrive on Saturday 25th, 9 days after I ordered. Spoke with the courier who were helpful and advised the package had been given to them and marked as standard delivery (although 9 days for standard seems excessive). Contacted Raw denim directly and asked them to contact the courier to correct their mistake. You would think that would be simple enough but no. After several emails back and fourth including screenshots as proof and forwarding original order emails the company has now decided to ignore me.
After reading some of the reviews here this seems to be regular occurrence, I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering from these scammers. I've also seen that they tend to reply to all negative reviews with the same templated response to look as though the care, they don't.
Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT order from here.
