The order I placed arrived promptly as usual and although I had to pay for the return of 1 item ,that I had ordered too long, the replacement arrived quickly and the email to say my refund was being dealt with reassured me that all was well. This is the 3rd time I've ordered from this company and won't be the last.

The amazon delivery driver left my parcel somewhere in the building I live in on the 16/2/26 there is drug users in this building my parcel has gone missing raw denim have told me im a liar and that my parcel was delivered to a family member thats a lie i live with my 22yr old that was at work at the time this lieing amazon driver said he delivered my parcel i can prove my 22yr old was at work (no gender will b provided by me at this point) I've asked raw denim for proof of delivery ie a photo but instead of providing this they called me a liar avoid this company complete bunch of jokers that will take your money for items not delivered because the cowboy delivery driver says he delivered it why would I waste my time and effort if had received the items please bring the delivery driver with his boss and someone from your company (raw denim)then let's see if the driver has the same response to my face

Have been ordering the same jeans for the last few years, two pairs at a time,this time I was sent regular stone wash jeans instead of skinny stretch jeans which I have always ordered. The jeans did not fit, and they refused to acknowledge that they sent me the wrong order. As a result,it cost me in all over £8.00 in postage. Very poor customer service shall not be ordering again.

Bought some bootcut jeans and they fit perfect and look perfect also. Will definitely be purchasing from them again

What do you mean, why does every retail outlet call it a wonderful experience. All I did was order a couple pairs of denim jeans.
Unfortunately they did not suit so I returned them, I would not call that a wonderful experience I would call it online shopping

I bought these for my husband who was convelessing from illness and unable to wear normal jeans. These were soft and comfortable and made him feel more normal being able to were something more like his everyday cloths.
