Bad customer service
Hello
I placed an order a couple of weeks ago but had an issue with my address, meaning the order wasn’t able to be delivered and has been returned to you by Royal Mail. However, I have tried to get in contact with you 3 times in between this with no reply which is frustrating as I feel this could have been sorted.
Please can you check your customer service emails and reply to one of my emails.
