when supplying jeans that fit very good but when supplying jeans that dont fit not so good thank heavens for your returns policy although it cost me 2 postages

Brought a Christmas present on the 3rd December. When opened Christmas Day they were damaged, zip was not fully sewn to the trousers, I emailed for a replacement and to return damaged trousers, to be asked for a photo which I did, then to be told outside 30 days return policy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON POOR QUALITY GARMENTS AND SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES, company should be CEASED 😡😡

Raw Denims shipping co (Amazon Shipping) tried to deliver the goods to an address 300 miles from the one on the shipping label. Despite never having seen or received the package Raw Denim would not issue a a refund or forward replacement goods until teh original package was returned. Raw Denim need to own the relationship with their shipping company …until they do I suggest you shop elsewhere!

Item pictured was a hoodie tracksuit - item sent was a crew neck sweatshirt (when I checked the wording it said sweatshirt - but why only have product pictures of hoodies?) in a colour that’s not as nice as the picture.
Sizing seems small, however it’s hard to judge as there was no size guide on the website. I suppose you get what you pay for - you buy cheap, you get cheap quality.

The quality and value of the garments are fantastic.

So I have bought a lot from this company.. always good quality.always on time . always send you a rtn envelope ..I'm 62 an X fraud investigator ..so trust me 100 perc

I ordered two pair of Jean both 30/32 but when they came, one was 30/32 and the other 30/30. When I checked the order it said I had ordered 30/30. But I know for a fact I ordered 30/32 for both.
Why would I have ordered two different sizes?? I remember changing the size on them both. So probably wouldn’t buy from these again. Cause sendin stuff back and the list of requirements, it’s easier to just keep them and never use them.
Take a screen shot before you submit so this cannot happen to you.

In my opinion, this product was cheap and inferior and certainly didn’t warrant the high retail price they originally put on so I would not buy anything else from this company
