Ordered Mac Studio Hub. Took about 3 weeks to arrive. Main reason for purchase - claimed 80Gbs transfer speed. It turns out that there is only one way to try and achieve this speed with multiple disks. Otherwise the best you can hope for is half of this and I have only seen 25% of claimed speed, I hate companies that make claims they know are not true.

I have not received my two units ordered and have been told repeatedly by Raycue "customer service" that it would ship in the next 10 days.
Am I a fool or an optimist? Likely both.
If I could advise everyone strongly enough that this company never received another order to scam wide-eyed enthusiasts out of their hard-earned money, I would.
Please, do yourself a favor; find another option.
This company is phenomenally unreliable.
Not to mention all the reviews I have read since ordering of people who actually received their units, only to discover massive failures and underperformance.
Spend your money wisely... elsewhere.

This is so disappointing. I saw many bad reviews about Raycue, but I didn’t take them seriously — now I believe they were all true. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. My order was never shipped, customer service didn’t respond, and it seems Raycue is using customers’ money to run their own business instead of delivering orders.

i ordered a hub and it tooks weeks to arrive. finaly in it was not working, waranty or return requests remain unanswered so this is a scam.
I have ordered and paid for a hub for MiniMac from this company. It has been a month and I still have not received anything from them. I have written several emails to them to ask about the delivery of my order, but they do not respond. I have paid 169 dollars but have not received anything. I think it is a scam company, at least if you live in Europe. Do not order anything from them, they only take your money.
