Rayse is the community that doctors should be signposting women who want to connect with other women thinking of a hysterectomy or post-hysterectomy. The support and knowledge sharing is priceless. Through the Rayse community I have been match and paired with an amazing mentor (Lucy) who has made me feel at ease and confident in how to proceed with my health Decisions. Very thankful to Rachel and Lucy.

I cant really describe in words how invaluable the support I have received by you creating such an amazing support community. HRT, Pre surgery, Post surgery and EVERYTHING in-between has been amazing the kind of support you have offered and created.

What a good read, it helped me answer all my questions I had. Lots of tips throughout, I’ve started with the smoothie and now I’m trying your vitamin along side the HRT. Thank you this has been very helpful.

I’m going to be having a full hysterectomy later this year and I’ve been feeling very lost about the whole situation and the lack of answers I could find for help. I kept seeing Our Remedy Videos and saving them as they were so helpful so when I saw she had a Support Guide that you could download I was delighted.
