Dont join this company, i could only deposit not withdraw
I made withdrawals to by bank account after winning 670 dollars and they were cancelled by razoo bet my withdrawal balance was put to 0.01 cent when the minium withdrawal was 5 dollars making it impossible for me to withdraw, i tried playing through the money and it still remained at one cent for available to withdraw, ultimately the money couldnt be used for anything but as a number on a screen, under sa laws and legislation your not allowed to cancel a withdrawal and put the money back into a betting account, I pointed out the law breach and was told I should gamble responsiblity, i agree gamble responsibily with a bookie thats not Razoo bet, you might actually be able to withdraw your winnings and they might actually follow state law and legislation and take accountability for a mistake that shouldnt of happened.

Horrendous. I’d consider myself a pretty significant punter, they offer very minimal promos especially deposit matches which are always capped to a $100 deposit. Customer service can be rude. Was assured when I signed up (mentioning id be depositing a lot) that they’d look after me. They took me for a large sum of money this month and suggested they wouldn’t offer a bonus bet or anything. You’d think when they are raking it in they’d be a little generous to keep you involved. Odds are by far the lowest on offer as well. You’d think giving the smaller bookie a go would be the right thing to do but I’m going back to Sportsbet.

Do Not Bother
I would strongly advise against using RazooBet under any circumstances. My experience mirrors many of the negative reviews posted here, and it’s telling that RazooBet shares a license with another infamous bookmaker, ZBet, which has a questionable reputation in the online betting community. If you have a moment, I recommend reading those reviews too—they paint a similar picture.
To start, RazooBet's customer service is subpar at best. Their live chat representatives seem either unwilling or unable to resolve even simple issues in a straightforward manner. This reflects their broader strategy: they lure customers in with enticing promotions, competitive odds, and big bonuses, yet appear to have no real intention of paying out to winning players. My account was closed without explanation, and communication about their decisions was evasive, at best.
RazooBet's approach goes beyond disappointing service; they seem to disregard both licensing obligations and basic principles of customer care. It’s a hassle dealing with them if you encounter any issue—expect them to ignore or deflect your concerns wherever possible.
Whether you're a seasoned punter, a casual bettor, or just someone curious about a new bookmaker, spare yourself the frustration and avoid RazooBet entirely. Trust me, it's not worth the trouble.

Horrible customer service and app issues. The app and the offers online are actually very good but the customer service is horrible they never get back to you and you have to constantly contact them to fix problems
After 3 weeks of using razoo my card would have to be entered every time you try to deposit, I would try to put a $50 quad on and they would only accept $25, the app is slow, you can’t ring them and when you have deposit or app issues they never get back to you. I have screenshots of their responses to all of my complaints and issues I will post it on twitter and FB to show you how bad there service and responses are
