Im getting torched in the exact same way on their other site RazooBet.

Offered me $50 bonus bet if i deposit 100.
Then wouldnt let me use the bonus bet on 3 different markets.

I tried to use it again and the website accepted it as an 0.01cent bet. Im not joking, and i have the evidence screenshotted.

Was then banned for swearing at the live chat guy, and now refusing to give me my account balance back without a bank statement. Obviously they are running the same scam where once they get that, theyll want it notarized, wasting more time etc.

Dodgy as, i've reported to ACCC and NSW Liquor and Gaming. Anyone interested in filing a joint law suit against these guys? I have plenty of evidence. Emails, screenshots of my accounts, the live chat. Lets bring them to justice? email me at mickdaniels at live.com

Avoid at all costs they are layers and steel your money and then lock your account when you question them !!

Absolute criminals.

Placed $600 of losing bets over the spring carnival and was credited with $600 of bonus bets.

They then promo banned me without warning, I called them out on it ( no notification was made) and the bonus bets were credited.

I was then limited to $10 max winnings and $10 max stake to use them.

Proceeded to start using them by placing $8-10 bets on 3/1 shots in any race I could find.

Had used $350 of it then the last $250 just disappeared before I could use it.

Live chat first said I’d already used it (I hadn’t) then said it had expired( it hadn’t). Then directed me to complain to the email address. I received an email reply saying it could be resolved on live chat!

I cannot believe these guys are still allowed to operate.

Despite numerous follow up emails, no reply whatsoever.

Anyone know the best regulating body to lodge a complaint?

Zbet is a scam.

I opened an account and placed bets, most of which lost, and was allowed to continue on without issue.

When I eventually won a few thousand dollars and wanted to withdraw, my account was shut down and I received an email from Zbet saying they noticed suspicious activity.

Zbet then asked for an unnecessarily large amount of documentation to be provided, hoping to deter me from following through with claiming my winnings.

Zbet continued to withhold the money and refused to pay despite my providing the requested documentation.

It was only at the point I posted about my experience on social media and obtained the phone number of Greg Coote, the CEO of Zbet, and called him directly, that I then received my money.

He asked me to delete my complaints about Zbet and remove his phone number from my social media posts. This is clearly so he can continue to operate this scam for as long as possible without being outed.

Numerous other social media posts and reviews on this site tell the same story.

The website is a complete fraud and should be shut down before more unknowing customers have their money stolen.

Complete scum of a SCAM company. Just made a deposit last week,of $500 responding to their constant message of 50% bonus. Had many bets and turned over more than 300 times. When I wanted to withdraw, they said I have to turnover three times on Racing at $1.90 or more. They sent me the turnover rule and I read it myself. It does not say I have to turnover three times on racing at all.
I have been complaining but to no avail. Told them I just wan to withdraw my money. They did not allow me to withdraw at all.
I have now started to make big bets just to finish my money there and bann myself from their company.

Please never ever thow your hard earned money to this scam sh** of a company with their evil and nasty management.

Scumbags to the highest degree, terrible organisation. They are basically thiefs masquerading as a bookie. Do not deposit with them, you will never see this money again. Everyone report, report, report. The more we come together on this awful business, the quicker we can get them shut down.

I, like many others who
have given reviews, won some money and then was denied access to it…..followed by the seemingly standard attempt they make to try and ensure you won’t pursue it…..accusing me of using a VPN.
After many weeks back and forth including getting the police to sign statutory forms - I finally got my money.
But it should never have to come to that.
Please stay clear.

How are these dirt bags still in business. Limited my bets so I couldn't win to much. Had a few wins and a few losses. Then proceeded to not let me withdraw any funds. As mentioned in other reviews as had to do a stack Dec. Did that and then tried the old multiple ip Addresses were used on my account trick so all funds are void. Lucky I'm cluey with tech and I asked for the so called ip addresses and proved they were from my mobile provider Kogan/Vodaphone.. Lol.. Whole epic experience took over 2 weeks and I finally got all my money. All this over $900 in Winnings. Shame on you Zbet

Really poor. Lied to by their live chat operator in order to induce me to deposit, then refused to allow me to withdraw. Spoke to another live chat operator who called me a liar. Made a complaint and received a phone call from the owner telling me to contact him on Monday for a resolution. Made numerous attempts to contact them however didn't receive any response. Had no choice but to issue a chargeback on my card and make complaints to NSW liquor and gaming and the bookmakers coop. Stay away from these liars.

Also my complaint to fair trade NSW went nowhere as the company 'refused to acknowledge any contact' from them. By far one of the dodgiest companies out there. Do not give them your money, you will never see it again even if you win.

If there was zero stars I would give that rating. Like others I tried to withdraw my money $931 and they said that I needed to to sign a stat dec which I did and then today I was told about the so called IP address excuse. I was about to call them and thought it sounded ridiculous so I google reviews and then found this. I will not let this rest. Has anyone else successfully reported them.

Do not trust this company. They offer promotions and cancel them on you the moment you do a bet relating to them. Dishonest.

These rogues limited by bets to $10 on sports and $1 on racing without any notice. When I complained and tried to withdraw my money I was refused because I hadn't met their turnover requirements. Again I complained and was told it was to prevent money laundering (for $100). The person on the chat line was incredibly rude and even called me a pig of a man. Disgusting organisation

I attempted to withdraw money from my zbet account. zbet refused the withdrawal. zbet claimed I was suspected of breaching their terms and conditions. Nonsense. They asked for a highly complex statutory declaration to be provided. When I objected they threatened me with excessive costs and charges.

I see many similar complaints about zbet's conduct.

I will report to the authorities but do not hold out much hope.

The absolute worst bookmaker in Australia.
Criminal behaviour and unhelpful customer service - deposited $200 and made a few small bets that won. When it came time to withdraw, they closed my account and asked for stat dec despite me already being ID verified.
Then they claimed an IP matching problem and have stolen all my winnings and my deposit and referred me to their lawyers.
Contact ACCC or Consumer Affairs on deceptive marketing of promotions and unfair terms, and gambling regulators to complain against this disgusting bookmaker.

Just wanted to reiterate what everyone else has said and to avoid ZBet. I deposited $200 with them a few weeks ago and met the turnover requirments and tried to withdraw a profit of $200 last week. They denied the withdrawel and made me sign a stat dec which I have done. Depsite this they are still refusing to budge as apparently there is a matching IP address in their system, which is news to me. If anyone else gets to this stage I recommend getting legal advice and taking them to QCAT or equivalent in your state. High likelyhood it goes in your favour. Also make sure you lodge reports with relevant regulatory bodies.

Deposited with the new company for the weekend. Turned over my deposit with a small profit and decided to withdraw. After verifying my account successfully, I was denied my withdraw and am now being made to complete a Statuatory Declaration... for a small withdraw. Would not recommend to anyone

only just started. after mananging quite evenly a few losses and wins, banned me from any promotions. that is still fine, their discretion, but they have limited my bonus winnings to $5. which means it is unreasonable to expect to spend all the bonus before expiry if you've accumulated a fair amount

Beware of this fraudulent company. They will accept "large" bets and IF the bet is a winner they will cancel the bet and say it was never accepted (despite proof that it was).

Support is unhelpful, they'll just ignore you.
