Rare item at a discount
A super quick shipment for a rare item that I couldn’t find anywhere else, particularly in my size. It was also at a discounted price (the item had been released for several months at this point). Really happy!!

The product has yet to arrive despite past the expected shipping window. All, interactions with customer service was frustrating. Either they don’t read the message, or they just send a canned response. They sent me 2 incorrect tracking links. Hopefully I get the product but not promising at this point.

I was taking a chance since I’ve never ordered from RVD. I loved the shoes even though they ran big. The shoes were $50 cheaper and are beautiful . I would definitely order from them again.

Unable to contact the company for a return
I need to return the item I ordered, and your posted return policy permits a return, but none of the contact information for this company works! The return tab is blocked, the "contact us" button sends me in an endless loop, and the "contact information" button yields a blank screen. I am really frustrated and feel ripped off.

Hi,
We apologize for any issues in communication. Our return links are confirmed working and we will always reply to emails. It may have been a temporary technical glitch at the time, but we're glad we were able to get your return resolved and refunded. Thank you for your patience.
