we love the tent I bought the promo large and small tent but after we open both tents only the small tent has the rainfly cover not the large one

They had the product I wanted, the price was great. Shipping was quick.

Unfortunately the item i wanted was out of stock. But the Customer Service was second to none informing me of the stages of a refund.
When its back in stock I will re order it.

We weren’t keen on the tents quality so we returned it. Unfortunately it cost us over $36 to mail it back. Our purchase price was returned to our bank account promptly.

This company has excellent customer service. I had a problem with my order and they were very prompt in making everything right. Hopefully I will have an opportunity to do business with this company again.

Quick and easy to deal with

I had to asked several questions before I made a tent purchase and I was impressed by how quickly they responded with detailed responses.

Very responsive team when I checked if I can receive the tent asap. Tent came on time for my trip! Very easy set up, not quite 3 seconds but was my first time.
A few things that could be improved in my opinion.
The zips. Kept getting caught. Got frustrating as you try to zip up quick as possible to minimise insects or rain coming in.
Needs a little shelter at the entrance just so you can leave your shoes outside the tent but not have them wet from rain or morning dew.
Otherwise im happy with the tent and will keep showing it off on my next trip how quick i can set up and pack down my tent site!

This tent by far is the easiest tent I have ever set up or taken down. Very well made. But I’m 6’. There is no way I can fit comfortably on a cot in this tent. I took it hunting, both my feet and head touched the sides of the tent while laying on my cot. And the headspace is not much better. Again, easy to set up and take down, just not for tall people

Haven’t used my tent in the field as yet, but set it up/ packed it down at home, 100% happy.

Brilliant tent. Will never use a complicated tent again. Literally takes a few seconds to put up and also very easy and quick to collapse too.

Ich hatte immer einen Ansprechpartner und viel Hilfe. DPD hat mein Paket falsch abgeliefert und ich konnte es nicht gleich finden. Erst Tage später nach dem
mir das gleiche nochmal geschickt wurde haben wir beide gefunden. Es war immer jemand für mich da und hat mir Zügigkeit geantwortet und mir geholfen so gut es möglich war. Vielen Dank dafür.

The tent works as advertised and is as quick to set up and take down as the video shows. Got it right the first time I set it up.

We are 78 years old so needed something easy. This tent inflates on its own and deflates quickly, the only slight problem is rolling it up tightly enough if you want it to look the same as the expert videos but is easy if you don't mind the untidy look. But this was the first time the weather had allowed us to try putting it up. We hope to improve next time.

Easy set up and easy take down, exactly as advertised. The large tent held up well in a two day torrential down pouring rain, everything inside remained dry.
I wish there were an insulated version for freezing weather..."hint".

Despite the reply from the company to my earlier review, I have still not heard from them! Lose one star for duplicity! I wonder how many other assurances that they "reach out to you" were false.
I've had the two smaller tents for a while but only been out in one of them a couple of times. I've not been out in rain so can't comment on waterproofing but have sprayed it with waterproofer anyway. I think they're great and Im pleased to see they have brought out a full height tent but disappointed its airbeam not umbrella style. My main gripe is that I have tried to contact this company a number of times on email and Facebook regarding a problem I had (and to ask if they were bringing out a full height version) but have received no response beyond an automated acknowledgement whilst my Facebook feed is bombarded with ads from them.

Great piece of kit,arrived promptly very well packed.

Fast delivery and quality is good. Looking forward to camping using this product
