After ordering brembo caliper, I thought I'd have a look at reviews of Reactive parts, and for the most part, good reviews, however there were some bad ones for various reasons which had me slightly worried . For the record I have built, repaired and restored bikes for a long time, so am used to dealing with parts suppliers..But, I've got to say,my experience with Reactive was very good ordered Sunday, e mailed them Monday just to check that they did have this caliper, msgd straight back saying part was being packed, dpd msgd bit later, item arrived today,All very good imo👍👍

Ti offrono un alternativa "equivalente" ma il primo articolo è sempre sul sito in vendita.
Da considerare poi che l'attesa indicata è totalmente inattendibile.

Can't trust this company anymore...... ordered a fairing holder in February, still nothing & it's October. Said I'd receive a full refund over 10 working days ago, still nothing & now there ignoring all emails.

Best of all, I ordered the part I need from the company that makes the part in Czech Republic on Monday. Today is Friday & I have the part already, so what have Reactive Parts been doing for 8 Months??

Completely Useless, won't be buying from again.

I couldn’t believe how fast they got a full set of bodywork from the UK to the US. With zero damage too! Very thorough ordering process and good communication. The bodywork is some of the best ive ever purchased too so that made things even better. Great company

Purchased a rear CRC race fairings and seat for my CBR1000RR. Though it took ages to come it was worth the wait! Fit is perfect, comes supplied with Dzus fasteners for the foam seat itself, which is beautifully sculpted not just a square lump of foam. Got it painted white by Race Paints in Eastwood Nottingham, looks awesome! Thanks Reactive Parts!

Late/no delivery of parts ordered, inaccurate information when chased up.

No communication regarding expectations on delivery schedules or reasons given why an order would take over two months to fulfill

Disgusting,6 months later and still no refund,i originally ordered parts on the 6th of December 2024 arrived months later with the wrong fitment, product returned with my own cost and refund never received,i absolutely hate them and hope they shut down, messed me about alot.

Well priced parts which were delivered very quickly. Great communication and service, hassle free transaction. Cheers 👍🏻

Don't you there to buy from them! They don't want you to have access to spareparts! They want you to buy the whole rearset!

It's already 2 and a half months that I made a purchase for Spareparts for the Lightech Footrest kit R, and they haven't sent it!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? 3 MONTHS almost!!!

I placed an order for a part two months ago and I still haven’t received it. My motorcycle has been sitting disassembled in the workshop all this time waiting for this part. I ended up having to cancel the order because I couldn't wait any longer. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and slow service.
