Absolutely disgusting service ordered a crc seat under tray beginning of march was told it would arrive 2nd week of April. That came and went heard nothing so contacted them and was told it would be another 2 weeks so end of April. End of April came and went shock no part was told another 2 weeks. Well it’s still not arrived and I’ve had no refund and they are ignoring my emails! Will be doing a charge back via bank or taking this to a small claims court because it seems to be a running trend with them! Avoid this company like the plague! Liars that take your money!

Ordered a set of CNC screws . Shipping was behind schedule from Italy kept me informed.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order for a tank extender. Despite placing the order over two months ago, I have yet to receive the product.

Asked for refund but, I have neither received the product nor the refund.

Furthermore, my recent emails have gone unanswered.

The score that they have in Trustpilot cant be real, ás they act as well trained criminals.

Ordered frame sliders and when they didn’t arrive, I emailed and was told as they are coming from Italy there would be a further three week lead time, after another week I requested my money back. I have now been waiting for six weeks and had no parts or refund (which I told would be done within 10 working days). My emails are now being ignored (although a chap today said he would sort it) but that remains to be seen, terrible service.

The fairings fit and I love that they have the confidence to pre-drill so much of the bodywork. I just finished hanging a set of competitor's fairings on an Aprilia 660 and in comparison to the CRC stuff it was a pain in the ass. Good geometry and good finishing too.

Avoid never respond to emails and still not received part or refund

Poor, still waiting for refund for non delivered goods over 2 weeks afterwards. Having to use paypal to force the issue. Avoid. Crooks.

This is still ongoing and still no communication. Use this company at your peril. Untrustworthy. Parts were ordered 3rd March. I still have no refund despite the occassional "we'll speak with accounts".

EDIT: Only just got refund now. 28/04 not from them but from Paypal. These havent the decency to do it themselves.

Quality part, fast delivery

Reactive parts , where do I start ! Ordered a steering damper on 10th Feb , was told it would be in within 2 weeks , first there were problems at bitubo , then they pushed it back again and again , emails ignored , fobbed off on phone calls ‘someone will call you back’ they never did , excuse after excuse, absolute joke of a company, I wouldn’t bother ordering anything from these if you want it to arrive , I wish I had read the similar reviews before placing my now cancelled order

first class customer service. Urgent request/purchase and ensured it was packaged straight away to ensure next day delivery
