Our experience with Space Marbella has been exceptional, from our initial contact with Debbie to completion on our property and beyond. Julian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, giving unbiased advice during our time viewing properties in Spain. He responded to our queries speedily and continues to help whilst our property is being updated. It has been a pleasure to work with him and has made our experience a positive and enjoyable one.

I think Space Marbella is doing a beautiful job. Nothing to complain about. Big thanks to Julian and Liam!

WOW, myself and my partner have just had the most wonderful experience of buying our first overseas property. We selected Space Marbella due the reviews and we were not disappointed. We had the pleasure of dealing with Debbie who then set up our viewings with her colleague Liam. Liam’s approach and professionalism wrapped up in friendliness made our experience top class. His honesty and unbiased opinion made us feel safe and looked after. His expertise and knowledge displayed how much research on the properties and areas he had done before our arrival. As this property is primarily an investment property our decision was made using our head not just our hearts. I cannot recommend Liam and the team enough 10/10 😀

My journey of buying a property in Spain ‘Costa del Sol’ started by meandering through making an enquiry on the Space Marbella website where I was contacted by Debbie. We had several interactions about the process and what I was looking for, the price, associated costs and any potential compromises if required. I flew out in November 2021 for a first look and Debbie informed me that Glen ‘a property expert’ would take care of me and show me around. Glen picked me up from the airport and had arranged several viewings over a few days in different locations. He was very knowledgeable about the areas and took the time to get to know me. This was crucial as he started to really understand what I was looking for and what and how I intended to use the apartment. I stayed in contact with Glen over Christmas and New Year and planned to head back out March 2022. Again I fired over several property codes to Debbie but unfortunately these properties had all been sold bar a couple. I sent some of these over to Glen so he could see the type of property I was looking at. Glen again met me at the airport and had arranged some more viewings. He had not arranged a couple that I’d seen as he knew the areas and knew that they didn’t tick my boxes. Again Glen had arranged to view properties that I hadn’t seen online knowing they might be of interest. He was right too. The first property of this second visit was the one, and six weeks later I have my holiday home purchased in La Cala. Additionally Glen recommended a solicitor and put me in touch with James at SATFX. I’ve contacted Glen regularly (not always for business, sometimes just for fun), he’s a great guy and went out of his way to help. He even picked up the keys for me and met me here a couple of days ago in April. Thank you Glen and I look forward to having a game of golf with you soon.

Att köpa fastighet i Spanien verkade enkelt i början. Värme, sol och en trevlig atmosfär var det man tänkte på. Man vet vad man vill ha! Allt eftersom man får till sig syfte, när, hur ofta, var, transport, vad vill man göra när semesterkänslan är borta och vardagen infinner sig etc., ja då vet man ingenting till slut. Man har miljoner frågor att ta itu med vilket man inte kan utan någon expert på plats som kan lyssna analysera ”läsa mellan raderna” och hjälpa en med vad man faktiskt letar efter.
Frågorna blir bara fler och vissa mäklare tröttnar och slutar svara, man blir besvärlig.
Tack Liam för ditt engagemang och din uthållning som gjorde det möjligt för oss att förstå vad vi sökte och din hjälp att hittade vår plats i Spanien. Att kunna kommunicera på Svenska har varit guld värt.

What a great company, Lorraine literally worked round the clock with me helping me to find the perfect holiday home in South Costa Blanca. Lorraine was unbelievably patient and incredibly professional despite my many demands and constant changes in priorities for what we wanted and where we wanted it. We now have an amazing villa that is just perfect for all our families very differing needs and more importantly we got it in budget!! Lorraine we cannot thank you enough there will always be a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge whenever you want to pop in & see us 😊

We were looking for a property in Costa del Sol and were contacted by Lorrainne when we identified a property with them.
Lorrainne could not have been more helpful.
She understood our needs and provided invaluable guidance in helping us to filter out the properties that would be of interest to us.
She communicated regularly with us and never put any pressure on at all but was always very quick to respond to any questions.
We visited Costa del Sol with the help of Lorrainne and Debbie and visited a number of properties that we had jointly identified.
All the viewings were organised efficiently and carried out without any problems.
Whilst we did not find a property to buy it was not through the lack of help from Space Marbella - as they said they would, they left no stone unturned, it was simply because our specifications were very particular.
I would highly recommend Space Marbella as they are very supportive and helpful.

The team at Space Marbella did a fantastic job in finding our new home in Spain. It’s taken a time to write a review! But we are now post pandemic and really taking advantage of the beautiful ‘Casa’ and lively weather.

Wir hatten bereits einige fruchtlose Agenturkontakte gehabt, aber Amber hat gleich verstanden, was wir suchen und uns damit viel Zeit erspart. Sie war sehr engagiert beim suchen der richtigen Objekte, flexibel und gut erreichbar. Mit Ihrer sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Art hat sie uns wirklich gut betreut.
Auch nach dem Kauf hat sie uns mit Handwerkerempfeglungen geholfen.

Myself, daughter and my husband have been looking for a property for about 3 years in the costa del sol. Due to Covid restrictions it was cancellation after cancellation. We approached Space Marbella and immediately found a great rapport with Lorrainne. She was most helpful and until we arrived in Spain it was very difficult to decide on an area. Lorrainne was always in contact sharing properties with us. On arrival in Spain October 2021 we were greeted by Julian from Space Marbella. Julian was exceptional. He drove us everywhere nothing was a problem. Everyday somewhere new. We found a property in Casares. Julian accompanied us to our lawyers he was the most fantastic translator and was an integral part of our journey. We have purchased our dream home, many thanks to Julian and lorrainne. My first point of contact was with Amber in the office at Space Marbella at this point l was highly sceptical as an ex Estate Agent my experience to date with so called Estate Agents in Spain was pretty low. To my joy l spoke to Amber she was a sweetie and sent me details of properties (a) l wanted to see and (b) in an area l had never thought of. I was informed Julian was my property expert and would be showing me the properties. Again l thought we will see, this should be fun nobody pulls the wool over my eyes!! I duly met Julian who incredibly l liked immediately he was equally wary having heard l was an ex Agent!! Julian is utterly charming his attention to detail especially with stairs and kerbs informing me one was coming up!! The biggest accolade to Julian is he listens. He takes on board your comments whether praiseworthy or negative and is not phased with either. He is not pushy as any Agent will tell you if a client doesn't like the house/area/orientation no amount of babble will encourage anyone to buy. The more you hear it the less you want to see the property. Julian has a likeable manner is considerate of your needs and l can honestly say that he and l had really a fabulous time and l was sorry when l found a property and didn't need to see anymore. I will recommend Julian to friends in the knowledge they are in good hands and he will cut the chaff from the wheat not waste your time and find you a super new home. Kind regards to you and Amber. I bought an apartment through lorrainne last year and was greatly impressed with her knowledge of the development and the area.she made me feel special as I could contact her at any time and she always responded with any of my queries.I believe she is an important part of space Marbella team and will be using her services in the future.highly recommend.AJ

We started to think about purchasing a property in Spain and were lucky enough to come into contact with Space Marbella. From the very first day there service was excellent.
Lorraine was our first point of contact as she was absolutely superb in finding properties for us to view. She was never pushy just listened very carefully to the type of property we wanted and came up with ideal properties that we could view on our visit to Marbella and surrounding areas. She was always at hand to answer any questions we had and replied immediately to our texts and telephone calls.
When we arrived in Spain we were met by Sean at the airport and he was always courteous and helpful during our stay. He toured us round all the areas as well as taking us to all of the properties. Again he was never pushy but gave us the wealth of his local knowledge. Again nothing was too much trouble foor him.
We were fortunate in finding a property we loved but the best part of Space Marbella is their after care service. Jeremy the owner of the company has been superb in arranging transprt to and from the airport on subsequent visits and supporting us with visits to lawyers and banks.
We could not have had a better service form a very caring and professional company. I would fully recommend them and would certainly use them again

Just got back from an amazing experience in Villa Martin. We picked out several properties online we would like to visit whilst spending a week in Spain and Lorraine also found us some properties to view,she kept in regular contact with us leading up to our holiday. On the day of viewing Ian picked us up from our hotel,we viewed about 6 properties and then on the way to our last property I mentioned to Ian I had particulary liked an apartment that I had seen online in a terracotta building no sooner had I said this we pulled up to a new block of buildings in terracotta luckily the sales manager was in. We then went back 2 days later in hard hats and jackets and fell in love with our new apartment which will be ready next April. We dont know who found who first but some things are just meant to be. Thankyou to Lorraine and to Ian for such an amazing experience xx

I would recommend Space Marbella to everyone because we really had a good experience with them, most importantly Lorraine, she’s a human Angel!! Have honestly not met anyone constantly willing to help you even when you got the keys and you need help with other things that has nothing to do with your agent, she’s still willing to go the extra mile! I can categorically say, have never met anyone as nice as Lorraine! The after buying process is amazing! Am saying all this as we’ve been through a few sale and I know what the seller agent are like after you exchange but with Lorraine she’s just an amazing person! Thanks very much for everything!
