We would recommend Space Marbella and Julian without hesitation. Julian was always available to offer 1st class advice no matter what time of day it was. Excellent customer service from start to finish and made the whole purchasing process much easier.

I can highly recommend Space Marbella. Their ongoing assistance with our property purchase has been excellent. We were initially in contact with Stuart who was very helpful - he sent through a selection of properties for my mum and I to view and discuss with him each week until I was able to get out to Spain to do viewings and was always available to answer all of our questions. Since then we have been dealing with Debbie who has also been great! She picked me up from the airport and had organised a full day of viewings the next day and second viewings of my favourite properties the following day. She was so friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole property tour and helped my mum and I come to the final decision on which apartment to go for. Our purchase process is ongoing and Debbie continues to be in communication and a great support. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Space Marbella again in the future based on my experience so far!

Fantastic ongoing service from Space Marbella. From the start Lorrainne and Sean have gone above and beyond and their service is continuing. Regular phone calls to see if there is any help we need, they have sorted out currency conversion, a solicitor and now even a bank account. They have and are doing everything which we didn’t expect from an agent. Thank you Sean and Lorrainne and Space Marbella you have been an absolute delight to work with!

I could not have been in safer hands than the two people I worked with at Space Marbella. MY first contact was with Lorrainne. She was amazing. Each week, whilst I was stuck in UK, not being able to fly over because of the pandemic, she would send me the properties that she thought I would like. She nailed it stop on. Then when I was able to come over, Ryan picked me up at airport with a shortlist of properties to view. i was able to narrow it down and next day he picked me up and did second views. He was excellent. He did the negotiating and I'm now a proud owner of a lovely place in Calahonda. Thank you guys. You both went above and beyond to help me fulfil a dream. We recently purchased our apartment in Duquesa through Space Marbella and dealt with Julian. After video viewing the first apartment he took on board completely what we did and didnt want and found us the perfect property which ticked all our boxes. He was so helpful all the way through and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Julian, we will definately recommend you if we know anyone wanting to purchase in Spain.

Lorrainne understood our needs and helped identify which areas would be best for us. It was arranged for us to have a few days with an Agent who took us to visit almost 20 properties to help us find 'the one'! Our offer has been accepted and we hope to complete in 6 weeks time. Lorrainne had weekly calls with me on the run up to our visit and kept in contact with us and the Agent to ensure we were well looked after. I'm feeling very happy 😁

More recently Lorrainne has been brilliant!!! Obviously with the pandemic ongoing we haven’t been able to get over the Spain for over a year now. She went over to our place and checked up on it for us. She spoke with our neighbours and checked that everything was okay. She also sent our Spanish post over to us here in the UK. We had a fantastic experience to date buying a property in Puerto Banus. It is going to be a new build so we are very much hoping that we will be in safe hands going forward as so far the service from Space Marbella and especially our agent Nathalie Campos has been amazing.
Before our trip, Lorraine de Marco, spoke to us on several occasions to gather our requirements so that our property viewing experiences would be focused and relevant.
Nathalie, was recommended to us as she found a property for good friends of ours and she’s excellent. From the time we were collected and returned to the airport she was working on our case and we are happy to report that in the space of ten days we were able to see a healthy amount of properties without wasting time on unsuitable viewings, clarify our location preference, shortlist three properties for further viewings, make an offer on our preferred choice, select a lawyer and visit a designer who will potentially help us when the time is right to purchase furniture.
We felt very well looked after but never pressurised. I would recommend Nathalie Campos and Space Marbella without hesitation. Buying a property abroad is a daunting experience especially during Covid but we felt very supported and in safe hands going forward while the house gets built.
