I unfortunately and regrettably had to cancel being with Rebel energy due to entering a new energy ,bundle contract.Sarah helped me close my account and was dealt with very efficiently. Rebel has by far the highest level of customer care I have experienced. 5 stars all the way from me...🙂👍

I moved into a property serviced by Rebel. My initial final bill was wrong. So, I helpfully provided the exact move-in date and meter reading via email. I received another wrong bill. When I followed up, the agent's response, conveniently omitted the actual bill. However, they were incredibly efficient in requesting a five-star review. Seven emails later, the issue remains unresolved. I'm genuinely curious about their recruitment strategy.

I switched over to Rebel Energy in October 24 after some dreadful customer service from my previous electricity supplier.
There prices are excellent but more importantly the level of customer service is great. No online chat or automated options. You speak to a human that you can understand and trys to help you. If you’re thinking of switching. Try Rebel 1st.
