Hi! This is going to be long.
I have ordered from Rebel Plants multiple times now. First when I was looking to get Alocasia Black Velvet and was stunned to find out how close is a pick up spot to me (in London OMG), second for my Hoya Flamingo Dream (she has been a dream indeed, grows well pretty much like she would have rent to pay up). I also got a rescue box a month ago (all plants sans one still alive and thriving!!!!!).
And now I got my order today. I basically ordered another rescue box for pick up. Then I remembered I wanted to order Birkin Pink ordered it and accidentally pressed shipping to my home. I was too embarrassed to go back and chase company to correct my boo boo. But hey! This has a brilliant turn out. Izzy reached out to me on Sunday (yesterday) mentioning that she noticed the discrepancy and giving me an option to get it all delivered or for a pick up. I know companies (I am accident prone I admit) which really wouldn’t bother. She really went above and beyond for me - and I really didn’t expect it at all. (Whoever is in charge of that company please give her a bonus) Box itself besides Philonendron Birkin Pink (which had the hugest leaves I have seen on this plant) contained 4 other plants. El Choco, Hoya Compacta, Maranta and another Black Velvet. Two look like they had past with pests. One minuscule damage if you stare at it and squint. And Black Velvet clearly didn’t grow as quickly as to company standards (I know because I got my OG one). Super excited about my rescues. And very happy return guest here :) Also they do learn on feedback (I mentioned in my OG review that it would be lovely to know what plants I got and on this occasion Izzy emailed me with that information when she was doing a follow up. Brilliant)

Poor Quality Cactus
I bought a cactus from Rebel Plants that arrived in a pot far too small for a plant of that size. The cactus hasn't been cared for properly as the tips of the stems are darker and shriveled looking compared to the rest of it and are also translucent. A part of the stem has also broke off and the soil was bone dry and powdery.
They refused to accept there was any issue with the plant and said "we belive the plant to be healthy when it was sent" despite the many pictures I sent them.
I requested a refund and was told there is nothing wrong with the plant but they would give me a 10% refund which isn't suitable as if I'm to try and save the plant I will need to buy a bigger pot and cactus soil which leaves me out of pocket. Not to mention the cactus is scarred in several places. A little scarring I could accept but not as much as there is on this plant.
They've said I can return the plant for a full refund but I'm responsible for the postage costs which I disagree with because why should I have to pay to return something sub par?
I'll be glad to have returned the cactus and get my money back so I can forget Rebel Plants exist.
It will be my first and last experience with Rebel Plants.
I've been reading the negative reviews for Rebel Plants and their responses to the negative reviews which sound very childish and petulant and almost "it's your fault, not mine" that alone means I'd never want to buy from them again. No doubt they'll reply to this review with some sort of defensive, stubborn response. Not a way to provide customer service at all.

We’re very sorry to hear that your experience with your order was disappointing. We take great care with all our plants, and they are shipped in the pot size described on our website. Cacti are shipped with dry soil to protect them during transit, as they are desert plants.
As living plants, they can naturally show some minor variations or scarring, which makes each one unique. We also offered a partial refund, as well as the option of a full refund upon return, in line with our policy, to try to make things right.
We truly appreciate your feedback and are sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion. Many of our customers are pleased with their plants and our service, and we will continue to strive to ensure that each order arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Exactly what I wanted
I ordered a plant pot from Rebel Plants via etsy. I'd been looking for a plant pot with a saucer for ages. Tried loads of garden centres and couldn't find what I wanted. Should have gone to the internet sooner! My basil plant is thriving. Fast delivery and good communications from them too.

Fantastic quality and value for money
Just received my order of Opuntia Rubescens Consolea, Road Kill Cactus, Plant was really well wrapped for delivery. Plant is excellent quality and fan value for money. Highly recommend this company. Will buy from them again.

Lovely pot, the orange glaze is amazing, and solid packaging.
I had an issue with Royal Mail and after explaining, the seller was on the case and fixed the problem straight away, ie good customer service!

Avoid, avoid, avoid
Ordered a plant for delivery to a family member. Inserted the address and item was delivered to me instead. Charging me £12 for the experience and refusing to issue a full refund. The worst customer service ever. Never using again and unwilling to accept that the error was their website. Leaving me out of pocket for accepting an order that could never been delivered. Now I have no plant and I’m £12 lighter.
If they want to make it right they have my details for the refund.

We sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused, especially since the plant was intended as a special gift for your family.
Upon reviewing your order, we noticed that the shipping address provided at checkout was your own. Unfortunately, we did not receive a Northern Ireland address, and due to the UK-Northern Ireland Windsor Agreement, we are unable to send live plants there.
Your order was dispatched, and when it was rejected at delivery, we incurred charges for both the outbound and return trips, as well as additional costs for the specialist packaging needed to protect the live plants during transit. According to our policy, we refunded the full order value, minus only the actual courier cost (£11.98). We do not charge for the plant itself, the packaging, or our team's time.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for. As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered you 15% off your next order. Our intention is always to be fair and transparent, and we hope this illustrates our commitment to valuing our customers, even when things do not go as planned.

Happy overall, colours a bit off
I'm overall happy with the planter I got and with the delivery, the only issue is that the colours are a bit of, the plater pictured was green with orange border and the one I got has a very small amount of orange (not really visible across the room) and much more brown. Is still a very nice planter but I'm a bit disappointed.
