1 mois après le mail de bonne réception de mon retour par Rebound, pas de remboursement, plus de nouvelle et quand j'appelle JD sports j'apprends qu'il y a un problème avec mon retour.
Rebound ne retrouve pas mon colis, me demande une photo de ce que j'ai renvoyé, heureusement j'avais conservé toutes les preuves et le remboursement a pu être effectué mais je comprends que cette entreprise ne traite pas correctement les retours et qu'il est nécessaire de faire des démarches, suivre avec précision et conserver les preuves pour négocier son remboursement ...

Shambolic experience in trying to return a product to Manchester City. Firstly finding the website was hard enough as any search takes you to a business website. Then when you eventually find the website it won't accept my order number saying it was wrong. I phoned Manchester City who told ke to try a different search engine or device but I encountered the same problem. When I looked at sending via another carrier I found their address to be in the Netherlands. Absolutely awful and I'm shocked at Man City for using such an awful carrier.

Jeg kan ikke komme i kontakt med dem nogen steder, kan ikke få nogen former for information omkring de har modtaget pakken eller lignende. Fremadrettet kommer jeg ikke til at returnere noget som er via. dette firma.
Absolutely awful return service, if buying from a retailer that uses them make sure you aren’t going to need to return anything. Used with ASOS sample sale and it’s a crapshoot whether or not the parcel will get back to them and you’ll get your refund, or if it’ll get lost in the national hub with nobody to contact for any actual help.

This company deal with Debenhams returns from Evri and it could not have been dealt with worse. Can't speak to anyone, no-one replies to messages. When I do get automated messages they make no sense in my predicament, so I have no idea where my return is, which I sent 12th July, or my refund is. Will contact Citizens Advice for next steps

What an awful experience with this courier company who were dealing with my River Island parcel which was wrong item. I have tried contacting them re my return which according to RI was never returned to them . So I’m £40 out of pocket for nothing! Useless company along with RI!

Used return via Rebound. Royal Mail turned up 3 times but cannot take as no label, even requesting them to print label doesn’t work. Apparently I need a confirmation email. Never received no contact, useless service

Ich habe ein paar Sneaker, die ich über
Jc Sports gekauft habe an Rebound zurückgeschickt.
Laut DHL Sendungsverfolgung/Tracking Nummer ist das Paket am 08.04.2025 bei Rebound eingegangen.
Rebound erklärt gegenüber dem Verkäufer das, dass Paket dort nie angekommen ist.
Daher möchte mir der Verkäufer den Betrag auch nicht erstatten.
Wie ich aus den anderen Bewertungen ersehen kann werde ich mein Geld wohl nie zurückbekommen. Kastrophale Firma..
Ich verstehe einfach nicht,wie solche Firmen noch existieren.

Très mauvaise expérience. Colis commandé sur NFL shop Europe. Article retourné avant les 15 jours de rétractation et depuis plus de nouvelle. Il est juste marqué réceptionné par notre dépôt local et ReBound me disent qu'ils n'ont pas de dépôt.

Returned a Sephora parcel 5 whole months ago. It still says that the return is on its way to the local hub. Have tried to contact them multiple times and have been ignored. Absolute disgrace of a company

Over a week since i used Asda to return a package , tracking number has just stopped giving me where parcel is. They use ReBound and can't find a way to contact them . Not looking good for my return parcel....
Mijn retourzending (323211045310000001857050) naar BoohooMAN is via Rebound Returns (voorheen Cycleon) verstuurd en kwijtgeraakt. Bpost heeft mij doorverwezen naar hen, maar het probleem is dat niemand bij Rebound Returns bereikbaar is!
Ik heb meerdere keren geprobeerd contact op te nemen, maar ze nemen nooit op en reageren nergens op. Hierdoor heb ik mijn geld (€45,99) niet teruggekregen, en er is geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid van hun kant.
Dit is echt onacceptabel! Hoe kan een bedrijf zo omgaan met klanten? Geen communicatie, geen oplossing, gewoon mijn geld en mijn retour weg! 😡
Blijf ver weg van dit bedrijf als je geen problemen wilt met je retourzendingen! 👎

Retuned a parcel with Rebound and like everyone els's it has been stolen/lost. You need investigated.
Horrific, if you can avoid them, avoid them. Check wether the shop you're going to buy something from doesn't use rebound as the returns provider. If possible just arrange with the shop to directly send the parcel yourself.
Bought a t-shirt that ended up being a size too small, processed the return in November and it's January and it's still in their 'local hub'. Contacted the shop and they said there's nothing they can do as rebound handles the logistics. If anything changes I'll update but I have pretty much 0 hope these guys do anything. I'll be contacting the local ombudsman to investigate the business given the number of bad experiences with this company. Borderline criminal.
I truly don't understand how this company is still in business – it's an absolute scam. Before returning anything using this method, trust the honest reviews, people! Don't ignore these warnings because they're true. I sent my package back on December 8th, and today is January 4th – still no updates, no information, nothing. The company doesn't respond to messages. It seems like I'll never see the refund for the returned package, and it was a significant amount of money.
