Great service, quick responses. One of my testers had to stay and get rechecked because it wasn't booked correctly but they turned it around quickly and with no hassles at all. Good service.

I am very happy with the service that I have received from the team at Re-Cal. The email prior to the due date was a very welcome reminder. This is the second year that I have used their services, I like that they have a very short turn around time so the machine was only out of operation for a few days.

Calibration service is excellent and quick
Calibration service is excellent and quick and each instrument is returned with a full paper test results certificate, although the on-line results system seems a bit less so (I had two instrument calibrations done, but only one set of records appeared in the on-line system despite sending a query requesting it be added). This is the first time I have used Re-CAL and would do so again, no doubt my on-line results issue is not the norm - and I only really need the paper copies anyway.
